When I saw this place had 53 reviews that were all five star, I was skeptical no one has that many reviews and a perfect rating! Now that I have dealt with Ben, I'm assuming the owner, this dude is fantastic! He's fast, professional, quick with communication however you would like to communicate ie phone calls, text message etc. My first time working with him and he gave me $25 off, it was far less than I expected it to be. Fantastic experience working with ben! Five stars, thumbs up, 10 out of 10! My advice, check this guy out first! I think you'll be pleased! 54 people agree 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I received excellent customer service from Ben! Very prompt and friendly, he had the part in stock and quickly fixed my broken iPhone, prices are very reasonable compared to other locations that I’ve reached out to. Definitely recommend him for repairs. 10/10.

Got my GameCube fixed needed to get the battery replaced Apparently after over 10 years of use the internal battery dies got it replaced perfectly and very cost-effectively the 10 out of 10 would recommend

The 5 star reviews are here for a reason. Benjamin replied to my initial email in minutes, and his _free_ suggestion via email fixed my old PS3 first try without even having to take it to him. I am completely impressed. Wow.

They have high quality personnel who ensures that the repairs are always at the highest standard. They fixed a broken HDMI port for PS5. This required disassembling and reassembling the console as well re-applying thermal paste and soldering. They offer pick up and delivery of the electronic and 120 day warranty. Highly recommended!As you can see from the photo attached the HDMI port instalment went well.

Needed some work done on a desk top PC. Could not say enough about how impressed i was with the overall experience. Frequent updates on what was being done or needed to be done with time frames (which were kept). Installed parts that i bought from amazon (with no mark up or extra charges for parts not bought from Reboot). Customer service was the best i have had from any computer repair shop...ever.The computer i had repaired is 6 years old, when i got it back it looked and preformed like it was brand new.HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPUTER REPAIR SHOP. I can not say enough about how impressed i was with the service!! Other computer repair places could learn a lot from the owner of Reboot! I actually offered to pay more than the bill i was given as i thought the bill was too low.UPDATE:Had a fairly minor upgrade need for my desk top PC. Provided my own part to be installed. Work was done quickly (much less that the week(s) that the same work would have required from geek squad or other PC repair shops). cant recommend Reboot enough. Great experience (esp for a pc repair place). professional, quick and reasonably priced.

Ben is my go to guy for any tech help. Computer repair. Phone repair. he even helped me out remotely once Wich was pretty cool to see him move the mouse on my screen and fix things without him actually being there. Tech genie.
