What an awful place to bank. They treat everybody equally like they are a criminal. There’s people in line inside the bank and they turn us away because they close at five even though we’ve been waiting in line for 15 minutes. Ridiculous excuse for a bank. They should be closing the doors within the next few years. :-) And the blond woman who appeared to be in charge with a scowl on her face, always is very unfriendly and not good for business. All the other branches seem wonderful with friendly, pleasant staff.

They need to keep the ATM's open later and on weekends.

Definitely not a customer service oriented branch, extremely unhelpful. We moved some of our banking here in the spring after RBC disappointed us. So far they are not living up to even a minimum customer service standard. May have to move banks again.

Straight up ridiculous. These guys are ridiculous. Tried reopening a bank account I had here that they closed (they did, without my permission) due to inactivity yet still paid my bank fee every month and just because all I've now got as ID is a health card and a could show a odsp statement with my address on it, and they said no that I needed other photo ID, even though they are the ones who closed it. I still have my old bank card even and still apparently cant reopen and all I'm trying to do is literally cash my government cheques from my taxes. Worst customer service ever as apparently any time I've tried I've dealt with the rudest people there.

It's sad to see so many bad reviews of this bank and branch while I had such a wonderful experience. Maybe I was lucky to book an appointment with the right person. Or maybe people are complaining because they didn't select the right speciality while booking the appointment (student account, newcomer account, regular account, etc). I can only say that I was greatly advised in this branch while opening my student account. Not a doubt, that was the best banking experience of my life, and I've tried almost every bank in Brazil. I highly recommend you to open your account here.

good service but atms are closed and never open during off-hours like other branches are. very very inconvenient.

I had a phone appointment at 9:35am with Rachel Dsa about loans and line of credit but she did not address my issue. She said she understand my situation because she also travel to Indi and get a credit card instead of inquiring about line of credit and loan. Before the phone call have ended, she also said she doesn’t know the process of giving me loan or line of credit and will have to talk it over with the manager. Later that day she emailed me the same information she told me over the phone and have asked for my requirements, in less that 15minutes I responded to that email but 2 days have passed and I have not heard from her.. I also have tried calling with the phone number and ext found in her email but she is not answering and her voicemail is full. This is the worst customer service I have encountered.

With its central location in London, Ontario, this bank will serve your financial needs, both with simple transactions and investments for no upfront charges. Unfortunately, this is at a cost that the staff changes continually, so if you want a consistent relationship with your investment advisers, you would best to go elsewhere.However, its weekend closing of its ATM is not acceptable. As much as the homeless are abusing it, the bank machines are still important to use.
