Ordered a shower glass and privacy window for our bathroom. First shower glass that was ordered came in wrong, so they had to order a second one which they were able to turn around in under a week.

I called Niagara Glass to get a quote for shower glass. Jaime came the next day right on time and gave me the quote the same day. She was very helpful! The glass was installed in the time frame given. The installers were punctual, efficient and courteous. We are very happy with the glass wall in our shower. I would highly recommend Niagara Glass.

Wow these people are great! I needed 4 pieces of glass cut and installed for a custom shower and I called for a quote and spoke with Jaime. She has got to be the most enthusiastic and helpful person I've ever dealt with over the phone. Based on my rough drawings (literally hand-drawn in MS paint), she had the quote back to me SAME DAY, and she was actually glad to have my business. Do you know how strange it is when you call some contractor and they act like you are a thorn in their side just because you called them and are trying to give them some work? Not here, Jaime is the best, she wants your business and she wants to help. Let me point out one other thing regarding the quote.... I called a few companies to get a quote and only Jaime was willing to give me one over the phone. Sometimes you just want a ballpark first you know? Sometimes you don't want to set an appointment for 3 weeks down the road only to find out that the company charges way too much. That's why I appreciate Jaime so much, we knew right away what it was going to be price wise. Also, the final bill came in exactly as quoted with no hidden fees or other garbage. The only thing that changed was that we upgraded our door handle into a combo door handle/towel bar (highly recommended) and we knew this was a little extra well in advance.Within a few days (maybe 1, I can't remember, it was quick) they sent out a person to take the measurements. Unfortunately I can't remember his name but he was great. He went over the options with me for tracks, handles, towel bars, etc. and he obviously did his job well because the glass showed up and was installed without an issueAs for the install, Slavic and Kyle did ours and they were extremely professional. The job looks amazing, their metal track miters are perfect, and they even took time to chat a bit about different aspects of the shower. They even told me how best to clean the glass! For example, using ammonia based products like windex on shower glass can eat away at the silicon....did you know that? Cause I didn't. These guys care and its very obvious.I hesitate to even bring this up but I want to mention the few negative reviews. When I was first looking for a glass company I was a little hesitant because I saw a few negative reviews from years back. I'm not trying to discredit the people that wrote those reviews, but if there ever was an issue, they have definitely been rectified. I know that Jaime in particular has been hired since and as I said before, she is the best, so you won't find better customer service. And I couldn't have asked for better installers.

Niagara Glass installed two patio doors for us. They were very professional and efficient. They did an amazing installation. We are very pleased with the doors. The installation crew was friendly, informative and had the doors installed beautifully within hours. Thank you Adam, Matt and Brian for a great job!

Excellent customer service right from the get go! We inquired about some glass partitions for our business to allow us to stay open and safe during this pandemic. Jamie did an amazing job in assisting us with helpful suggestions and gave us many knowledgeable options! If anyone is in need of a plexiglass partition for a great price during these unprecedented times give Niagara Glass a call! Great job guys!

Job done at least, the finish product is adequate at best. Customer satisfaction does not appear to be important for this company. Took a few days just to find out if the job could get done, I had to call back a couple of times. They wouldn't even try to match their competitor's price, at all, (my fault, stupid, I really should have gone with the competitor but I needed the job done quicker). Price of labour was way to high. I wasn't told before hand the order was COD, even though the rep swears she had told me, I'm positive I would have remembered that detail, so that resulted in wasted time since I had to go down to the location (wouldn't take amex over the phone). I had only one request and that was because they could not give me an exact time that the installers would be there, I had asked that they give me a call when they were on their way so I could meet them at the location... never got the call. Not a big deal but it was a pretty simple request, I figured with the labour cost so high at least I could hope for the professionalism of a phone call. At least the installers were better than 2 Guys Glass" but I would not use this company again."

Had a broken window in my storm door. Am disabled and in a wheelchair. Called the business and the receptionist said to call when I got there and someone would come out and get the window out of my truck so I didn't have to get out and bring it inside myself and risk getting cut. Called me the next morning to tell me window was ready and to call when I got there and someone would bring it out. Opted to have a friend who was going to be close by pick it up... Awesome service. Would highly recommend Niagara Glass.

Dealing with Niagara Glass has been a pleasure with everyone involved. Like the old song about a crooked man living in a crooked house, our home doesn’t have anything square in it. Yet Mike from Niagara Glass was able to finesse the install of a stationary shower glass wall and 2 larger mirrors beautifully. Definitely would recommend them to anyone looking any type of glass work.
