The tall brown guy in the front is very friendly and helpful. He helped me paint some of the scratches on my Tesla.Took about a month for my Tesla to be fixed as they very busy. (New front door replaced) Provided us a curtesy car (Sentra newer model) Service was good, you can't tell it was a new door.

I took my car to Automind for repair last month, the customer service Hubbi is an excellent guy that show me how they going to do for repair my car and he is friendly enough and knowledgable as well to make you feel “don’t worry it’s gonna be alright “ a week after, I got my car back and sure enough they have done a beautiful job. Car looks like new again. And most important thing. My car status is not rebuilt. They have done excellent job to keep repair cost and avoid sending my car status to rebuild. Way to go Automind. I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a body shop with certified repair tech and friendly service

We had our Tesla repaired here after a no-fault accident. It took a long time to get in and a long time for the parts to arrive, but the team did an excellent job matching paint and cleaning up in the interior. Hubbi was very helpful and kept us up to date. He even switched out our snow tires. Hope we won’t need their services again but if we do, we’ll be happy to go back to Automind.

This body shop is a horrible place do not send your car here, I had given my car in for work and it came out with scratches and dents all over the car, My rims were also scratched up and no accountability was taken for any of this damage, very unprofessional way to handle somebodies car. 0 stars if I could.

Despite missing their deadlines multiple times during the three months it took to repair my car, the quality of service provided by the repair shop was good. While the delays were frustrating, the technicians did quality work on my vehicle and got it back to me in good condition. Overall, it's a shop worth considering if you're willing to be patient.

They have so much experience on repairing Tesla. My car was fixed by one of their technician Mr Koeng, he did a furious job on fixing my car. Highly recommand for anyone who needs to repair theit Tesla.

The shop manager Raymond was incredibly accommodating to ensure my scratch was taken care of in a timely manner. I would highly recommend any Tesla owner to visit this shop! Raymond and his awesome team sorted out my warranty Tesla Model 3 paint job. They did pristine work and Raymond also touched up some spots for me in the wheel wells which was a very nice touch. I am using them again for some body repairs soon! Great service, good communication and because I had a Tesla Warranty issue they were able to provide a courtesy car as I live 280kms away!
