I have been shopping here for several years now, the staff is excellent, they have helped me pick out an engagement ring, which could have been very stressful. we even purchased our wedding bands from Griffin. The staff gives us honest advice and most impressive is when they give you a date for service to be complete, it is exact! I would highly recommend Griffin jewelry to anyone.

Bought $2000 stones for my ears, and the staff were pretty obnoxious. Between acting like I can't afford what I'm looking at, and the pay out process where one vendor was extremely rude to the other woman who was initially helping, and myself, I doubt I'll be back. Shame, as I'm currently looking for wedding bands.BIPOC deserve the same treatment as everyone else, I was quite shocked. Still bought the earrings, they are well crafted.

My boyfriend bought me a pair of earrings for Christmas and recently one of the stones fell off. This could easily have been a negative review if not for Emily. Flawlessly, she took care of us, sending the item back to repair (without cost) and having all the notes ready, as soon as we stepped in the store she knew the case without us having to re-explained. In business, it's hard to avoid incidents 100%, it's how one recovers that will keep customers coming back...and we will now because of Emily's superb customer service skills. Thank you.

My husband brought me in to casually look around. I never wear jewelry but was being polite. Nothing i would wear. My children went in to see if there was something i liked for a sweet Christmas surprise. She sold them a ring i never even looked at. They left with a ring i wll never wear. Its a colour i hate, and a protection plan" to clean a ring ( store hasn't been opened during covid lockdowns) for a ring that has never left its packaging. What a way to ruin my Christmas

Miyla went above and beyond to help my now fiancé purchase my engagement ring. She took the time to thoroughly explain everything to him, like diamond quality etc. The ring is beyond what I could have even imagined, it's stunning! Out of all of the other jewelry stores in the mall this is the place to go! She wasn't pushy at all, let him actually hold the rings, look at the diamonds in the magnifying lens. Which none of the other stores did. Thank you so much Miyla for everything you did for us! We will be back to purchase our wedding bands from her.

My wife wanted a ring and they delivered, the staff is always warm and welcoming to us and they remember her from a previous sale for a custom necklace.Emily helped us this time and was very knowledgeable about what they sell and was very friendly, she even walked my wife through several options with the ring to ensure a perfect fit.
