Sadly a beautiful arrangement was left on our front porch on a very hot Friday last week. No phone call to be sure we were home. We arrived home from our celebration of life for my mom to find this wilted arrangement. When we called the shop Janet appologized and said for some reason they didn’t make the call. She did offer to replace the flowers but we declined. The main reason for this post is while getting ready to write some thank you notes for flowers I discovered that the hibiscus delivered without a call also came from east city flowers. Again no phone call to see if someone was home. We received other flowers from another 2 shops and both made calls to arrange a delivery time. Take the time to make the calls for delivery. You had time for a staff member to leave a message to see how we enjoyed our flowers.The flowers were beautiful and probably would have lasted longer if not left in the heat. The hibiscus was not really an issue but a phone call would have been nice

I bought my girlfriend flowers from this shop for her birthday (white and red roses), and she and I think they are gorgeous and they smell lovely and priced very well for a bouquet; and they came out presented perfectly. 10/10

I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday. I placed the order at 1 and they were delivered before 3! They were accommodating if my price and gave lots of options. The flowers were beautiful and lasted. They even followed up with my daughter to see how the flowers were doing and if she had any questions.

Be very careful when ordering over the phone, my mother made it clear she didn't want to spend more than $50 (after taxes) and was charged almost 80 for the arrangement delivered as a gift. Obviously she had no record of the conversation, and the owner was not apologetic for the mix up. We will not be ordering from them again.
