There was wait time of about an hour as we were walk ins but the staff was so friendly and helpful that we didn’t even care how long the wait was. I wish I got the ladies name that took my blood because she was so nice and calming to talk to. Definitely recommend.

Always packed to the brim. The techs are useless for anyone who has trouble getting blood drawn. I always tell them I have issues getting blood drawn and they stick me 5-6x before they bring in the best" person even though I've told them prior. Won't go here again."

I came in for blood and didn’t have my paperwork, I thought they would have it. The staff at the Pelham street life labs were amazing especially Rebecca who is high energy and professional. Great experience. Rebecca is 5 stars.

I had a horrible experience at this life labs. Some of the staff were very rude to everyone there. I understand everyone is stressed with covid but an elderly man who was already checked in and waiting was yelled at for getting out of his chair to ask to use the washroom to the point where the young girl beside him stepped in. It was extremely uncomfortable to watch. I was also yelled at for having my toe passed the line at the door while waiting. They made me extremely nervous to have my blood taken from them. Maybe it was an off day but I won’t be going back. However I will mention that The lady working at the front desk at the time was lovely.

I always receive excellent service when I must have my blood levels done for my doctor. I am upset that the results take so long to get to him. The levels I had done on Fri Jan 9, 2015 in the am were not received by his office on the 19th at 4:30. I try to allow lots of time so the Dr. has my levels and he can adjust my meds. I see him every 3 months for monitoring my levels and I like to have fairly current bld wk results for my appts. I feel that 10 days ( 6 business days) should have been sufficient time for the results to be at the office. My level was high, I needed another level and that one he phoned for as I am away for 2 wks and wanted med advice based on my levels.How long in business days should it take for my Dr. to receive lab routine lab results?I use your on line booking and find it very helpful. How far before my quarterly appts should I have my levels done so I don' t waste time with a specialist who does not have my lab report?

They were able to take me in when I didn't know about online booking. Staff was always friendly with me and very quick.

Don't go here!!!While always professional, the nurses here (I'm sorry to say) are *not* nice. Very abrupt, unfriendly, and cold. I complimented one nurse and she just looked up at me, looked back down. They were not understanding of my struggle to book an appointment online. I waited almost 30 min for a blood test, then hushed out withOUT my test number so I could check my results online.I even heard them bickering like siblings over whose turn it was to manage something on the PC.If you can, go to any other clinic where I've met very very sweet and kind nurses. Like almost all ON nurses. I guess just not at this clinic.

Usually a good experience, but today the most miserable receptionist I have ever met anywhere

I was so impressed with Rachel. She was down to earth and funny. My daughter was afraid of the pain from a previous experience and she was able to calm her down and get her comfortable enough that the procedure can be done. I can’t thank her enough for being kind, understanding and compassionate. WellDone.

I had a booked appointment today for 8:25am. When I arrived it was announced that they were short 2 staff members. After waiting in line for 15 minutes one of the employees came out and asked for each of our names. When I gave her my name she said I didn't have an appointment. I showed her the print out I had that showed my appointment had been booked 4 weeks ago. Her reply was that they are short staffed and if I hadn't received an e-mail confirming my appointment than I didn't have one. I replied with a copy of my scheduled appointment and explained that never before had I received a confirmation. She basically told me to re-schedule. WHAT A JOKE THIS LIFE LAB IS. Last month they allowed patients to book blood test on Indigenous Day and after n=booking another appointment and fasting until 1:30pm I arrived only to find a note on their door saying that they were closed for the stat holiday...
