We recently discovered that one of the connections between our Home Electrical Panel and our Standby Generator Panel had been completed incorrectly by another electrical supplier. A quick call to Eugene resulted in a prompt efficient Service Call by Chris to remedy the problem in a quality fashion. In the process of upgrading our panel, the electrician found that there had been a short in the system caused by a manufacturing defect. It might have led to a fire within the panel that would most likely resulted in a house fire or potentially loss of life within the home. The problem was resolved quickly and efficiently to our satisfaction.

When we decided to upgrade our electrical service, we reached out to Eugene, who came highly recommended. He and Hayden did wonderful work without any delays. I would recommend these folks to anybody who wants to get work done right!

Moved in a new home on a Saturday of the long weekend. Our hot water wasn't working, the breaker was tripped and I couldn't turn it off or on. I called at 9pm on Saturday hoping to leave a message and get a call on Sunday morning. Instead of the answering machine, a guy picked up and talked me through the solution over the phone. I am so thankful I didn't have to wait until Sunday to get hot water. Thank you very much for your time that late at night. It made moving into a new home all the better.
