I lived here for 3 years throughout most of the pandemic, the building is a disaster. DO NOT RENT HERE. The building is dirty, unsafe and chaotic. The co-owners involve tenants in their disputes and the services advertised are either not offered or very poor. The garage looks like a cave with all kinds of dangers in it as it is falling apart. Security is spotty at best. Flooding is an issue here as well. We were encouraged by several owners and a condo board member at the building to voice our displeasure online because they cannot adequately deal with the problems here themselves. We were thinking of buying the unit we rented here but after careful consideration and looking at their finances and history, it became apparent that this place is a mess. Aluminum to copper wiring!!!! that's how old and uncared for the building is. Thank you to the honest owners that informed us of the situation here.

Even though the building website mentions that there is a pool and a gym, these services have been closed for many years. Furthermore, the committee in charge of enforcing rules and repair any damages have been changing and are practically non existent. The only positive is the location of the building.

It's a decent place for the price

The hallways reek of cigarette smoke, which ends up seeping into all the apartments. Lots of tenants also smoke on their balcony, which is actually not allowed in the building rules, but the management doesn't enforce it. They're very hard to approach about problems, and always go on the defensive. Also, one website claims this building has pool & gym, but they've mysteriously been closed for many years (pre-COVID). On the bright side, it's in a nice central area of Montreal, and within walking distance of the mountain.

The manager is so rude

I've been living in the building for about 4 years altogether. When I first moved in, everything was great - no noise and the concierges at the time were really friendly and helpful. But now, there is constantly construction noise, even on Thanksgiving day (today). There is construction on top of the street, in the building next door, on the building roof and façades, and in apartments within the building. The administration is very reluctant to go talk to tenants and owners to ask them to keep it down or comply with the building by-laws...

Very nice place in the top of the hill in downtown ! The buildings are surrounded with nature, close to everything !
