Red Bear Outdoors

Ordered a Gazelle G6 Portable Gazebo. Was shipped the same day and I got it in 2 days. Perfect condition, can't wait to set it up at the cottage and hide from the blackflies and mosquitoes. It truly does pop up in 2 minutes.

Ordered the Gazelle G6 easy up screened room. While I was at it I ordered the walls (2 packs of 3) and the floor. When I got everything I was very pleased with the quality of materials and construction. I followed the directions and the initial install only took 23 seconds for the actual tent and then another 10 minutes to place the floor and put all the walls up. It is huge and will definitely fit a provincial park picnic table. It is sturdy and in a pinch could be used for extra sleeping quarters. The zippers are heavy duty. When I took it down it took me only 20 seconds to put the tent down and only about 5 minutes to pack up the walls and floor. Not bad for my first time and I expect I could get quicker the more I do it. Red Bear Outdoors was excellent to deal with and I am completely satisfied with the purchasing process, quick delivery and wonderful follow up customer service. You can not go wrong with his unit. Now I'm just anxiously awaiting the end of lock down and get out and enjoy some camping. Happy camping all.

I ordered Gazelle T4 tent, which not surprisingly was back ordered. The entire process from inquiring about the tent to payment options, to delivery of the tent was incredible. Mike and the team were fantastic, kept us up to date on the progress and expected arrival. When they out the Overland version of the tent was not going to arrive, immediately we received an email with options. Mike followed up once they received notification it had arrived to ensure it was all good. Really amazing experience dealing with Mike and the team. Never felt in the dark or unsure of the step. Awesome wild place in the middle of the urban jungle of Toronto! I had my car fitted with crossbars and essentials for a future roof top tent. Matt was amazingly patient in helping us make the right decision. Will go the extra mile to accommodate with an appointment to install the tent. Can't wait to get back to pick up my toys!Always can count on the team for support.

I ordered a Gazelle T4 tent, and within a couple hours the order was processed and shipped! Very happy with Red Bear. If I could give one recommendation, please stop using UPS for shipping. They're about as organized as a puddle of vomit.
