I buy all my essential oils from AquaFire. All of the products they offer are 100% pure organic or certified organic which is extremely important to me as natural wellness consumer. I've also recently purchased patio furniture from their new line and their level of customer service is one of the best in the valley. They listened to what I wanted, taking all my ideas and making those ideas work with my space and taste. I can't wait for my new furniture to arrive!

Aquafire does our hot tub service and we purchased a bbq there. I really enjoy their staff -- they are friendly and considerate. The hot tub service has actually been less expensive than I expected and is completed as promised, on time. Zero problems. Stephen went the extra mile when I went in to buy a bbq; very little in stock (because of the supply chain issues with the pandemic) but he kept looking around until he found something in my price range that was on the floor (no upselling). Email communications have been prompt to any questions. Great business to work with.

I recently reached out to Aquafire as I was having issues with my hot tub heating fully. Aquafire was able to respond in a timely manner and even though they were unable to book in a time immediately to come check on my hot tub, they did provide me with a small heater to place next to the pumps to keep them from freezing until they were able to come and inspect. Stephen was wonderful to deal with and responded to all my queries and extremely accommodating in working with me to address my issues.Even though my hot tub is not a model that they regularly service, they were able to address the issue and repair and were more than fair in their pricing with me as well. I have the utmost confidence in Aquafire any time that I have an issue and will continue to recommend them to anyone that is seeking professional and helpful service. Thank you again to everyone at Aquafire and I hope I do not need to contact you again, but have confidence that if I need to, that things will be dealt with professionally and competently.

Outstanding Service!We are extremely pleased with our gorgeous new hot tub! Stephen and Guy from beginning to end made sure every detail was covered. I felt so confident with our purchase because of the extreme wealth of knowledge the team has. Stephen made sure we kept informed on the status of our hot tub along the way. Despite this being such a busy time for them he never missed a beat either an email or a call to touch base. We are customers for life!

I purchased our limited edition beachcomber hot tub and with a full install for our home as well as all our patio furniture and gas bromic heaters for our business from Aquafire leisure. They have been nothing but amazing to work with since day 1, they are always there when you need them, from friendly customer service to competitive prices. I also use them multiple times a year for semi annual hot tub servicing, they are the best in the Bow Valley! I Highly recommend this business, ask for Stephen he is awesome.

We purchased a used Beachcomber Hot tub in 2010. Aquafire Leisure moved and hooked it up for us and ever since have helped us to maintain it.Staff are very positive and super friendly. It was a no-brainer for us to purchase a gas fireplace and patio furniture from them too. Great service, friendly staff!
