The food was absolutely delicious and the variety was amazing. Whether you are on a plant-based diet or you eat meat, there will be something you will enjoy. I'm just surprised that the place wasn't packed at lunchtime. Especially when you realize that the cost is not much more than a burger and fries at a fast-food outlet.

Disappointed with the quality of food we have had here the last couple of times.We ordered goat rolls which had no goat. When we mentioned this to the staff, they insisted the goat was also mashed into the potatoes, and that's the way they have always been served. We have had goat rolls with pieces of goat multiple times at the restaurant. The staff insisted we had them this way elsewhere.The dosa quality has gone down. Ordered the masala dosa which hardly had any masala and ordered the palak paneer dosa which had no sslt. The sambhar did not taste fresh. I love sambhar and usually go for seconds but this time I couldn't finish my serving. Previously, the sambhar was watered down with minimal amount of veggies.We ordered goat curry, which was never served. May be it's a good thing since the quality of the food has gone down.They do NOT make FRESH naan. The last time we were there, we ordered naan, which was out of a packet!As we were finishing our meal, the waitress started sweeping and then vacuuming which was very loud. There is no regard for the people around.

Quality has declined badly.Both of our goat rolls had zero goat (yet price increased). Owner told me it's there, just ground and mixed with potatoes. Seriously? We all know what ground pork, ground beef, ground lamb tastes and feels like, but ground goat is an invisible puree now? I've bought them in years past without complaint.Also, we ordered goat curry and they just forgot to make it.The previous time we went, our naan tasted stale, looking identical the frozen naan we get from Food Basics. Definitely not fresh like most Indian restaurants. Curry portions were smallish.Dosas are fresh and large with tasty sauces, though mine was missing salt this one time. Methu vada was nice. Sambar is now mediocre (needs more vegetables, less water).We gave Golden Taste a second chance after disappointment, and they failed again. Not going back.If you go, I recommend you only buy a dosa.

One of the best Indian restaurants for South indian food. Highly recommend and Ganesh Uncle who is the owner very down to earth and great service as well. On top of that its value for money and if you guys love Dosa then there is many options but my personal favourite is Palak paneer masala dosa (Do try it). Thank you for the great service and great food.

The flavours and aroma of the dishes are outstanding. The mutton kothu is one of the best I've ever had. The idly and vada were soft, flakey and full of flavour. Their dosa was delicious, forget going to dosa hut. And everything was made fresh to order, what more can you ask for. So glad Bradford has a place serving south Indian dishes.

I just went to eat at this restaurant and we were so disappointed! The mutton rolls we ordered was so small, smaller than my index finger. It had no mutton at all in it. It was over fried that it was hard to eat. We ordered mutton kothu and instead gave us chicken kothu roti. When we told the lady working there all she did was change it on the bill. Was not even apologetic at all. We had to tell her we didn't want the chicken kothu amd to take it off the bill. I found a small wire piece in the chicken buriyani we ordered. Again, when we showed the lady she did nothing about it. The chicken in the buriyani was not cooked and was dripping blood. Showed the chef and he looked at it and asked me what I wanted him to do about it. The customer service at this restaurant is awful. I wouldn't recommend anyone going here. The only food that tasted decent was the dosa. Everyone works hard for their money, and if I come to a restaurant to spend money and get some food I expect it to be good! Mistakes happen but not so many and atleast as a restaurant owner be considerate. They didn't even care at all. So disappointed and again, I won't be going back!
