We had a leak in our service underground in our front yard from the City of Vancouver. Not only was the service prompt (they had someone out that day to look at it and assess), everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable, helpful and kind. They restored the front garden and cleaned everything up and it was done very quickly - despite being a bigger job than we all thought. Highly recommended

In the worst time of the cold snap (so far) of winter 2022 I called into mainland and Joseph called back in 15 minutes, after 8pm. We had shut off the water totally to our house with a major basement leak. He was thorough, professional and did everything humanly possible to help us out, and got the water back on and supported us in the next steps - had to have the city come and clear the main. Anyways, Mainland are the team that can sort you out, and not leave you high and dry. Thanks again!!

I had an urgent drain tile problem and needed it looked at right away. Mainland Plumbing and Heating sent a qualified plumber out right away to diagnose the problem. A camera was used and my drain tiles were pressure washed with a few repairs done . They were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They did the job fast and efficient! I was referred to them by a friend, and I used them on a job site where they installed a 2 piece faucet & spray handle, and undermounted a sink including installation of plumbing rough-ins.They were meticulous and professional, there was a small leak and they responded and corrected the issue immediately.
