The Brick
After leaving the Brantford store disappointed with the lack of customer service, I headed to the Brick in Simcoe. What a refreshing experience. Was greeted by Karen and told her the type of mattress I was in search of, looked at a few and decided on the one, it was in stock there. Purchased pillows and a pad as well. Out the door and on my way in a timely manner. Karen was very friendly and knowledgeable, will be back there for the next purchases.

We are extremely disappointed with product quality and customer service. Our new couch, which we paid several thousand dollars for, was delivered September 2021 and started ripping after only a few months at a seam on the top of the chaise lounge. The rip is now being held together with iron on tape. We contacted the Brick Simcoe to order a replacement piece which was under warranty. Now, we have been waiting on replacement parts for almost a year. Every month the date gets pushed to the next month. We are Incredibly disappointed in the Store Owners lack of willingness to advocate on our behalf, or to provide any credit for poor quality products. Today we were told that there is nothing that can be done except for us to continue to wait. We’re very disappointed that we paid so much for a product that we won’t get to enjoy because when, and if, the new chaise cushion comes in the rest of the couch will be naturally worn. In addition, given the amount of time that has lapsed it’s likely the cushion will be a different dye lot and will not match the remainder of the sofa. We will never purchase anything at the Brick again, especially from the Simcoe location. I strongly recommend that anyone considering a purchase at the Brick simcoe take our situation into consideration before spending your hard earned money.

Yesterday I went into the Brick to look at mattresses on sale.It was not lobg and we were greeted by Erik .We told him what we were looking for .He was so informative and helpful.Within a half an hour I purchased two mattresses.Everything was done quick and easy.Delivery set up for the end of the week. They will also take away the old ones.Thank you Erik !

The staff at The Brick has been very accommodating, gracious and understanding after a situation that happened to us which was out of our control. We unfortunately had to cancel our order and they were so amazing about it. In the future we will definitely keep The Brick in mind when we need to do future purchases. Thanks to all staff at the Brick for all there help and grace.

Went into The Brick with very specific wants for a new couch. I wanted the pop up sofa feature, storage etc. I was approached immediately by an employee and was shown a few couches. I didn't find exactly what I was looking for so the representative went on her tablet and found exactly what I wanted for a Black Friday sale price! It's like she was a mind reader! She told me she didn't have the couch in stock but she showed me a couch with the same material. She gave me the dimensions for the couch before I left and the next day I went back and purchased it. I've never purchased anything in that price range without seeing the product and touching it but the asscoiate made me feel so comfortable, I purchased it. 5 stars for sure! I can't wait for my new couch to come in.

I recently bought a mattress set, frame and pillow from this store. Everything was in-stock and in-store.Friendly environment, items were well placed and easy to find, without the store being cluttered.Also experienced the best sales person that I've ever encountered, Erik Dydensborg.He was quick to offer help, supplied extensive information/knowledge of the products I came in to find and helped with finding me the best deals that the store could offer. The best part was that he wasn't breathing down my neck or aggressively pushing me to buy products that I didn't want/need.It was a terrific experience and recommend this store when considering buying a bed. I also recommend asking for Erik as your sales person. He made my shopping experience a very positive one!

Bought pillows and a chair for a total around $2600. Found Store Manager Trevor Van Goethem very knowledgeable and helpful. A rare and exceptional experience.
