Our group was 12 people, 2 were locals and the rest of the group was visiting the city.. we ordered several dishes, mostly dim sum and regular dishes. The food tasted good and fresh, mostly seafood. Staff was polite and attentive. As it is a downtown restaurant, difficult to park and expensive. Either you are staying in downtown or take the skytrain. You can check the prices on the menu.

Not bad. Was reading all these reviews and was getting a bit anxious. Kinda went in with this anticipation of rudeness but was pleasantly surprised... The lady was good to talk with, was helpful and no nonsense. No secret tip was on the bill. Food was as expected.. got crispy noods with pork, seaweed egg soup. Asked for chili oil and was given XO sauce - that was a score!Only complaint is that the sauce on the noods was quite gloopy and not flavourful enough (read: it might need more msg...). All in all not bad, not great, but good for what it is. Will go again if in the area and needed Cantonese yums.

Food and service were very good. Love their hot sauce!However, we are not sure how clean was the place. Floor was sticky! Especially near washrooms

Decent chinese food place. They serve dim sum throughout the day. Their chinese dishes are fresh and tasty. Tired the lemon chicken and it was delicious. The menu has a lot of items so it'll take awhile trying everything. I figured if you ordered 5 dishes a day it'll take about 3 weeks to try it all

Ordered Uber eats. Have had other Neptune locations before without issue. But this time, my BBQ pork was more fat than meat and my BBQ duck was more bone than meat. Seriously feeling ripped off...On top of that, screwed up our order. Didn't remove requested food allergy. Gave wrong item... Too many X's to give a second try.

I came here one morning after searching quality Cantonese food all night the day before. I hesitated because the rating did not seem high, but out of desperation I decided to try it out. I was seated immediately and the staff were beyond friendly. I ordered the Shrimp Wanton soup and it came to my table after less than 10 mins. The wonton is clearly handmade, not the store bought frozen stuff. The taste was fresh. The soup is clear and full of flavor, and the taste is authentically Cantonese, not too salty or oily like some of the other Americanized Chinese restaurants. I want to post this review so Chinese people who visit Vancouver wouldn’t be deterred from the unfair rating. The service is top notch and down to earth. Customers were all Chinese. The stuff speak perfect Chinese too. I don’t know what not to like and they certainly deserve a much better rating than what they have.For people who are not that familiar with authentic Chinese food, I highly encourage you to keep your mind open or go for your typical Americanized restaurants instead of give cheap ratings out of your ignorance.

Was craving for good Chinese food after our cruise in June 2022. Found this restaurant a short walk from our hotel.The dishes we ordered were very well done and quite authentic. Portions were huge. Good wifi and good service.

The quality and price of food is above average. We really like the service there. It was raining outside and when we sat down, the waitress greeted us and gave us hot tea and said It was cold outside
