Don't waste your time and money with them,poor customer service, and they don't have knowledge

I went to see the geek squad about an invoice I received in my email. As soon as they saw the invoice they knew it was a scam. The person I spoke to sent the email to customer service. He was extremely helpful and friendly.

I have paid Geek Squad too much money and they have never corrected the difficulties in my system. I have returned my laptop three times and it continues to freeze in the same area.

These people are either criminal scam artists or remarkably incompetent. They can't get anything right, and waste an enormous amount of time. Their priority is only on trying to upsell you more equipment that you probably don't need instead of just setting up your existing equipment. Horrendous customer service. Awful experience. Never pay for Geek Squad.

Why does BB make it so hard to contact the store. I have a product on hold which I will not need and as a courtesy, I want to let them know. However, it is impossible to to reach the GS in store. This is ot great CS but I have zero desire to drive back to the store!

The worst customer service I experienced ever. Spent 1 hour on the phone to get to the right department for Mobile & Tablet services to repair the charging port on the tablet board but this is what the agent didn't understand and gave me another number to call that was Appliance repairs then next agent forwarded call to Computer department they refused forwarded me to Mobile & Tablet services that no one responded. So embarrassing and poor service, it was my first time calling Joke team not Geek. Very disappointed and I would recommend not to buy any protection service from Geek. At least they must train the front line staff how to deal with the customers. You are charging for your time but try to understand our time is also important.

Two months old iPhone got repaired, not replaced. When I took the iPhone with malfunction of display (no response to touch) to them, the lady said they did not have anything in stock, no display, no new iPhone, nothing. The only choice I can do was to allow them keep my iPhone and wait a week for part delivery and then they can repair. The other choice was that I can take the malfunctional iPhone back without warranty repair. The lady did call another location, the same, no display, no new iPhone, nothing. I do not understand, they are Apple authorized service, but they do not have anything for the newest model of iPhone 13 pro. I also do not understand my 2 month old iPhone is now a repaired product, feel bad

Geek Squad as you can see gets a FAILTotally useless for warranty repairs and installations.

They refused to send anyone to make a minor technical adjustment on my TV.Lousy service.
