I'll admit my bias here. The Cushings are family. Nevertheless, I've interacted with sled dog kennels in Greenland, Colorado and other parts of Quebec. The sled dog kennels and the tour at Earth Studies is like no other dogsledding experience I've ever had. One of the biggest attractions are the Cushing's private trails. Perfectly groomed with the enchantment of the woods. The dog sled tours at Earth Studies aren't just a ride. They teach you about dog behavior! It's way cool and applicable to any dog. You get to walk through the rest of their incredible private wildlife sanctuary. I don't know of many other ecotourism facilities that have all that they do. The price for the experience is totally worth it. The guides at Earth Studies are the most INCREDIBLE story tellers. You'll feel the magic of Lac Indien the moment you embark down their 2km driveway.
