Most amazing wedding venue. Tucked away in the trees, this gives it such a rustic, enchanted, woodsey feel. Our guests loved it and we loved it even more. Would recommend for anyone wanted an intimate, quaint feel of a wedding.

What a FANTASTIC place for a wedding. We couldn't be happier with Minnekhada as a venue. Everything was perfect and everyone had a great time. The lodge is so beautiful it barely needed decorating.

A hidden gem in Coquitlam. A remarkable place to explore during a Sunday open house, or host an intimate event or wedding. Built in the early 1930s, the architecture and history are rich and if you get a chance to talk to the other on-site caretaker he’ll share lots of neat stories about all the famous and interesting people that visited and partied at the house.

Came here for a private event. The staff, food and decor were phenomenal. The old school" type of feel inside the building gave "Beauty and the Beast" vibes. I would recommend anyone getting married with a small intimate ceremony to book this venue."

This is a heritage location with a long local history. Apparently Queen Elizabeth visited here on her visit to Canada. There are some tales that the house is haunted. A friend had a brief paranormal encounter there, well - depends if you believe in that sort of thing. Surrounding the lodge are beautifully manicured gardens and lush forest with an abundance of hiking trails. 70 bears live in the vicinity and often make an appearance in the dusk and dawn, so please be aware when in the area. The lodge itself is a perfect location for events such as weddings and birthdays with its cosy, wooden interior and serene surrounds. Parking is limited.

Was here for a wedding and the place was beautiful, a great open canvas for you to decorate however you like. Only slight thing to watch for, which is no reflection on the venue, is that taxis are not keen to come out here so make sure you have something sorted in advance

Fantastic lodge in the hills overlooking Coquitlam and the view is out of this world. The Lodge looks like a large typical Home until you enter it and find a huge vaulted and beamed ceiling , massive in size and totally unexpected. Are rare unexpected gem
