One of the worst experience ever. Never visit here again. I did my nails from this store near about 2 days ago but next day 3 nails dropped off. The amount which I paid was $80 for it was not worth it. When I complained to the manager of this store she first insulted me that I did not done my nails from here but after watching camera recording she agree. Bad experience don’t visit here………..ridiculous. I posted my nails photo look how bad it is. I also have video of the manager how she reacted but leave.

The nails look good. However, the girl who did my nails was a bit rude and it did make me almost leave. They are also pricey, so please be aware of that. Overall, I would probably stick to my usual nail salon.

DONT GO HERE. THE PIERCER IS TERRIBLE. Three of us got piercings here. She was very fast and barely let us look at the marks before piercing and was very aggressive with the needles. She did a septum piercing and put the needle through her nose 4 separate times and claimed she was going through the same hole and wouldn’t let her get up from the procedure. She punctured another hole and the piercing is crooked and hurts a lot and is refusing to refund the money. Terrible service

Got my nails done today by Ann, for Christmas. She did an AMAZING job. I've had my nails done here before and I've always left happy with them, but today was even better. One of the nails was applied so it wasn't completely flat, and instead of just pushing through it, she took it off and replaced it, to make sure it looked like the rest. She double checked each nail length with that on the other finger and she was super friendly. 10/10 experience! <3Update: got my nails done before Christmas and it is Jan 18 and they are still on, grown out, but stuck! Amazing job.

I get my full body waxing done by Mary for years now. She is amazing. I never had any rashes or bumps. She follows hygiene and never rushesI recommend her for Brazilian wax. She makes the process so comfortable amd ease

Update*They were more then happy to redo. Both times the people doing my nails were lovely.Got shellac nails done Friday and they looked amazing. Monday one of the nails broke (see picture 1). Monday night while doing dishes half of it came off (see pic 2). On Tuseday, today for this review, while cooking and cleaning the house the nails ended up like this by the end of the day. I've never had shellac nails fall off so fast or easily.

This place is horrible!!!! The lady who did my pedicure who's name is Toby was very rough with me and cut me multiple times. She said that it was normal even though this had never happened to me before but the next day, I woke up and my toes were bruised and sore and it hurt to walk so Iwent I back and showed them what she did to me. They cleaned it and said it would be fine but if I wanted my money back that I should talk to the manager in two days. The next day my cuts started to look infected and when I finally did go back they said that it looked fine and refused to give me a refund. They are very unprofessional and very rude. Don't waste your money!!
