Service is not really good. Claim Processing is very slow. Never said thank you or maybe yes for Canadian or student that can speak Chinese but if you are international student and don't have a good accent, they might be not satisfy and say thank you because you make they work more lol. When mine is expired, i would rather go for other company. Goodluck

Great experience. Came here after 3 other agencies tried and failed to transfer ownership and plate my ORV dirt bike. In and out in 20 minutes, very reasonable given how rarely they have to do ORV plates.

my mother was accidently got emergency visit and large medical expense last year. Our family was very stressful both mentally and financially. Luckily, we purchased emergency insurance from JF insurance. There was some miscommunication between us and doctor due to language barriers. So initially our claim was declined. Molly Roy at Ontime care suggested me to go for appeal. Then I was able to connect with William Fei at appeal committee. He was very helpful and was very patient to understand our situation. He guided me how to find more evidence to prove the real situation. Every time I contacted with either Molly or William, they always very patient and reply to my concerns quickly. We are very lucky, and got fully reimbursement for the claim. I would definitely recommend my friends to go with JF insurance in the future. the company is very trustworthy, and the people are very friendly and supportive, and sympathy.
