I purchased a gazebo that was missing a part. I brought a sample roof panel for them to make a replica. They let me know it would take 1-2 days to create, when I arrived, it was perfect and under $30. I was very impressed and would recommend to everyone

Have been using these guys for years. Top quality work and nothing short of great to deal with.For any of the people saying their rude, just try adjusting your attitude maybe. Walk in acting arrogant don't expect to be treated any different :)Always had great dealings with all guys working there, and Joel is fantastic to deal with. From copper flashings for heritage buildings, to ice guards, brick flashings, chimney caps (which I request to be made different from the standard), steel roofing panels, and all other accessories or bends you need this is the place to go.

Asked they owner if they could make metal planter boxes of a particular size. He made them out of hvac material. Not rigid with a full bottom (no drainage). Husband picked them up (he did not know what I ordered) and it was not what I expected from a metal planter box. It is bendable and not rigid and The moment it is filled with dirt it will bow outwards. The Owner claimed that this was what I asked for when really I didn’t. He took liberties with design and should have asked me questions. He didn’t ask me A single question. He did not even describe what I would be getting. None of this happened and when I asked them to correct the mistake and at least take 50/50 responsibility for the miscommunication he was dismissive, rude, would not return my calls. I was shocked because I did once have amazing service from his staff when I did a corrugated heat shield for my wood stove. I know my planter boxes are not a big job to his shop but the customer service was basically - tough I made what you asked - which was untrue because he should have asked, he assumed, then told me too bad for his error. If I could give zero stars I would. Don’t waste your time with the Owner if you need to use them.

The best owners and the best prices on metal bending in the Ottawa Valley! Joel is an expert and can bend you anything you can imagine. They recently bought a former to bend snap-lock steel panels! Why buy Ideal Roofing Junior HF when you can get the same thing for cheaper from a local company!

This establishment is trades supplier open to the public. Please keep that in mind. Joel runs an efficient and direct business. He and his team will make what you ask, on time, at a fair price.

Dropped off a template and discussed the requirements in person on Monday July 25th. Was told it would be ready Thursday or Friday that week. Called Friday July 29th, lady answered and said she would look into the timeline for completion and would call me back. Never heard back. Emailed owner that evening and received a response Monday August 2nd (this is ok, didn't expect an email over the weekend). Said it would be made this week. Called Monday August 9th, spoke to same woman as before regarding completion. Said she would call me back... no response. Emailed owner at same time. Never heard back from either. Called again Wednesday August 17th. Spoke to a man who was not the owner. Said he'd call me back... Never heard back. Went in to pick up my template on Thursday August 18th. The template was behind and under a machine covered in oil/grease.I like an honest answer rather than email and phone dodges and I like the work completed when they say it will be completed. If the job is too small or too large, just say so. I never set the date, those were the dates they provided.I would not recommend. Not customer focused and never did receive my order.

Dashing!There is no better word to describe the strapping young fellow driving the fork lift. He open palm dry turned so casually it looked like he was skating on ice, skating and waving at me. I watched him pick up a pallet as I walked in to pick up my order and his moustache caught a sparkle of sunlight and it was if I had found the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. Upon entering the establishment, I was overwhelmed with the musk of testosterone and saw burly men pick up sheets of metal press them and forming them as if it were merriment. And with origami like precision and the grace of a flowing river my chimney cap was formed...I was amazed, what once was flat now had form, function and meaning. As the metal folding master handed me his masterpiece he said roses are red

I always have small odd shaped orders, most shops would put me at the back of the line but these guys get it done right and quickly.
