Great product selection. However there's a female employee (mid to late 50s) who is frequently providing very poor customer service to my daughter and I at the store pickup. She was annoyed that we were asking questions. Someone needs to be retrained on customer service.

Has anybody not been to Home Hardware.They have so much stuffand what they don't havethey can get it for ya.I think it's just about timefor anyone who hasn't been here to go.If you happen to see the ownersbe kind to them and buy them a coffee.A compliment goes a long way .They sure do have a wonderful sense of humor.With plenty of good deals on hand.While your there check out withall your goodies, please remember to say thank you, to the nice cashiers and the greatsales staff they are all top notch people.Remember to give a complimentit doesn't cost you a thing .But to receive a complimentmakes your hole day.I would like to Thank-you forallowing me to voice my opinions.RespectfullyMichael Marchand

Friendly staff. Small town feeling

Extremely responsive service! Always willing to help you out in case you forgot something in your order. Lady on the phone was a bit short, but I understand how busy they are and dealing im sure with customers who are also not very pleasent towards them as staff.

Easy to find stuff good help from employees around the store

The manager at this store went out of his way and was SO very helpful. Even though the plexiglass cutter was not working he took the time to cut it for me to the exact size BY HAND. It fit perfectly and I could not be more pleased. Service like this is so rare these days. THANK YOU!!

Great small town hardware store. The inventory selection is impressive. I purchased the wrong item and they help me with what I actually needed. Bonus points.
