Our 1st experience with Pro-Tech was amazing - it was just before Christmas, the weather was freezing cold and our hot tub shut down, they fit us in before holiday closure and it turned out to be a blown fuse. The payment was a plate of Christmas baking and a Merry Christmas wish - that was 12+ years ago and we are still happy customers who would highly recommend Nancy and Brian’s company.They know their industry and will not try to up-sell you to something you don’t need. If we ever have any problems or questions with our hot tub and more recently our new pool, Nancy and Tammy are wonderful to deal with and make ongoing ownership a breeze.Pro-Tech, thanks for your wonderful customer service and support throughout the years!

I absolutely love these guys. They have always given me clear information and sorted any issue out super quick. They are friendly and have a wealth of information at hand. Hands down best place in town.

Came in to pick up aromatherapy scents. Worker was attentive and provided recommendation. Also assisted me with non chlorine product. Prices are very reasonable. Will be buying all my products from this location as I am very local.

Pro tech is a good service, i like the workers there. my dad works there too. i am proud of my dad.

Tony and Hailey closed our pool yesterday. Hailey vacuumed up some leaves and other gunk that built up since my last cleaning which was only a couple days ago. Tony spent time to explain what he was doing as I said I'd plan on doing the closing myself in the future. Explained alot in the short time i had with them as i had to leave. They winterized and put everything away in the pool house and neatly put on the tarp cover and water bags (when no care is put on putting the winter cover on it can look like a hot mess). it looks quite neat. Will use protech to open/close our pool (they apparently take your cover in the summer and clean it too (it will wreak on opening and tedious to clean as we did earlier this year). Thanks!

Got a super great bathing suit from here with lots of help from the staff. The staff here is awesome, suit collection is awesome, and they also got some rocking hot tubs. I'll be back soon for more!

We just got a new pool last year. Everyone at Pro-Tech and Spa has been incredibly helpful in teaching us the ropes on how to maintain our pool. Super patient with the millions of questions we have again this year!
