Do not even try dealing with execulink if you're a small business. For the exact same usage and speed as a residential plan they wanted 4 times more per month. No difference in service. No one could tell us why it was more other than there was a business name on the building. Highway robbery. Good thing their competitors were more reasonable to deal with.

My volume keeps disappearing and then I have to call technical support . My complaint is the recording says there are no issues but the wait time is an hour. This very same thing happened to me Friday night and I waited 1 1/2 hours for technical support to call me back and turn back on my volume . I’m getting tired of this problem and am considering switching companies

We have multiple divices at home and a couple of gaming consoles, lately the internet speed hasn't been as good as it was about 6 months ago, I would have rated higher if I wasn't having so many issues

I've been a customer for just over a month now. I get amazing service at a great price. I was reluctant to switch from Rogers, but after my promotion ended, the cost did not equal the service I was getting. Execulink offers the same service I am looking for at a much better price.

Good phone service but internet just way to slow. You pay for fiber optic 50 but your only really get speeds of 15 to 20.

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with, Victoria in the call centre is incredibly rude and arrogant has no idea how to speak to customers and just continues to tell people how wrong they are.Before even getting set up with execulink they have already ruined there relationship.

Me and my Dad have been a customers for Execulink since they opened in Delhi and the service was amazing at first. Since they moved to tillsonburg the last 2 months the internet has been on and off throughout the last two months. This makes it hard as I work from home and rely on this internet. Ii like supporting smaller businesses and don't want to go directly with Bell, or Roger's specifically but I may end up going that route due to the breaks in connection. I would have given this a 1 star but I'm showing respect out of the years of good service they provided us since being in Delhi.
