I've been a member at the MEC for decades, and I am always impressed by their high quality goods for reasonable prices. However, above this is their excellent customer service. Big thank you to Zach as I brought in a 2 year old insulator with a broken zipper. Zach took my jacket and in in less than 20 minutes he had a new zipper installed and the jacket is as good as new. All of this done with a smile and for no charge. The MEC continues to impress and deliver high quality service and gear.

Amazing service, friendly, knowledgeable. Chain was rusted right through, they were able to replace it and tune the bike up in 24 hrs. Very impressive. Thanks!

The store was well stocked and the staff were extremly helpful in our search for bike accessories. Covid restrictions did not allow to try on clothing but their return policy allowed to try it on at home.

Staff are somewhat helpful and courteous, However, they need to try and spend a little more time with the customers...Not just a quick here you go and walk away. Might have been an awkward time, not busy in the store, but restocking...and probably had other tasks on their mind. So they are getting the benefit of the doubt on the review

Matt helped me out today buying my first road bike! He was super knowledgeable and friendly. We ended up chatting about all my other outdoor activities and then I ended up purchasing a few more things based off his recommendations!! So happy to get home and try everything out!
