Been a few times, had a good visit and then the next day a chaotic visit. Was really busy and who I assume was the Manager yelling at customers to close the door behind them. I can understand asking to keep it shut, or putting up a sign, but she was pretty rude about it. Good tea and coffee like any tims though!

I use to work backshifts here until I had to move back home to Cape Breton Island. I loved the store and my old coworkers. The owner and manager were amazing while I was there and very accommodating when I needed anything.

Would give less than one star if I could. I ordered a Halloween bucket of Timbits and even though there were over 8 varieties in the case, the employee gave me only 3 different kinds (mostly plain). After complaining to head office weekly for over a month, I still haven't heard from the manager at the Gateway location. Very poor customer service, this is a manager who truly does not care about customer satisfaction. Will not be going back to this location.

Waited in the 2nd line for about 20 minutes, got to the speaker and watched 2 cars go thru line 1 speaker before they took my order. Rushed me out and gave me no straws.

Lately the can't seem to get the coffee orders right. And when did Good morning, Thank You and have a nice day become obsolete. I still use these phases. But at this location you may have to order then. Though I have not them on the menu. Perhaps thats why there not being used. The staff dosent know they are availableAlso Did they run out of markers as well. Would be nice to go back to knowing what's in each coffee instead of playing mystery coffee.Mark it on the top. New window personal. Not very interested in serving the public properly. Suggesting better training is a definite requirement at all locations. Pretty bad when you livr and work in the Model Town. And have to drive into Freedy to get a coffee you ordered correct. The is not a Model Tim's location.Service Needs Improvement.

ordered a breakfast sandwich with sausage and bacon on a cheese bagel. Got a plain bagel with butter and cream cheese... y'all lucky I was on my way to work

Ordered an iced cap and grilled cheese this afternoon around 2pm. Iced cap was normal. Grilled cheese however was awful. Mozzarella cheese on top was barely melted or brown. And the orange cheese inside the sandwich wasn't melted at all!! What absolutely made me mad though was the fact that there was nasty charred black bits of sh1te on one half of the bread. From the dirty grill. Tasted absolutely awful. Ruined the entire sandwich. Wheres the quality control??? Would you eat that???

Edit: contacted their support as mentioned below, emailed back and forth with the rep, and was told I would be contacted by a local rep, and nothing happened. Don't waste time filing a complaint.Terrible experience with a rude employee working the drive through at the Oromocto Gateway location - definitely will not be back.

They are insanely slow, orders come out wrong all the time. And it's not good business to have your workers trash talking each other while customers are standing right there.
