They were originally assigned to me by the insurance company to deal with a plumbing leak and a damaged ceiling, but they were so professional and quick that I hired them to do an out-of-pocket restoration of my living room ceiling. Ken was always quick to respond to my questions and concerns, and handled the whole job -- making sure it was done promptly and professionally. And the cost was extremely reasonable! Thanks Ken and crew!

I am beyond pleased with this company. They are unbiased & caring/supportive - went through a demoralizing time with things regarding my property & they were sincere & genuine!!! Terrible experience. Moved, packed and stored my furniture and all belongings due to flood damages in my building. Many items have now gone missing, glass and wood end table, pots, pans, knives, cooking utensils, cookware. Damage was done to a large framed painting and worst of all to my solid maple Armoire which I don't believe can be repaired. My master bedroom is now missing a piece and the item cannot be replaced. Be careful they hire temps to do the move. Not professional

This review is long overdue. I have since moved from the house that Paul Davis repaired that was damaged by fire originating from the neighbors house. But i feel that I should share my exceptional experience with them.Right from first contact, Ken (General Manager) was very quick to explain what was going to happen and help put our minds at ease in this very stressful situation. After that, John (project manager), got the ball rolling and everything happened quickly considering the state of winnipeg during the pandemic. I was surprised at how little i had to do in the process. All i had to do basically was just wait for the trades to come rolling in and do their thing. Considering there was a province wide delay on materials and such, John was still able to get trades in in a timely manner and helped us get our house ready to put it on the market. Paul Davis only used the best trades companies, no cutting corners. I was very pleased with all the repairs that was done.Anyways, thanks John and Ken for making a stressful situation less stressful for me and my family. Will definitely use you guys again for any emergency services.

Everything about everyone who came into our house from Paul Davis to fix our home were professional respectful and understanding of the situation. The end result was exactly what we expected and Allan worked so hard to be sure we were 100 percent satisfied and this is very important. We pay huge amounts of insurance and we are so happy with Paul Davis. Anyone who ends up dealing with Paul Davis can rest assured the end product will be exactly as they ordered and more. Would highly recommend their services!So thankful that a neighbour suggested we call when coming home at the end of a day to discover flooding in the basement.We would like to express our sincere appreciation to Ken, Darci, Joe, and the entire team.Ken, Dana and Max were on site within an hour (on a Friday evening in fact) to get started with the assessment and clean-up. Darci and her crew were outstanding in coordinating all of the pack up, storage, and return of contents. Impressed at how well organized they were. This company was contracted to do a job. They left my house dirty. They forgot about the job. I had to call to remind them. They came to my house without notification and reported me to the insurance company.

Ken was responsive and prompt. Their team squeezed us in in 1 day when other companies were saying it would be 3 weeks. The team was kind and did a thorough and timely clean. Was much appreciated and a huge relief to have such quick and thorough service. Would definitely hire again.

I had a mold problem in my bedroom. I had used two other mold remediation companies in the past but I liked Paul Davis very much. The Project Manager, Matt, was very responsive and came the same day I called. He explained everything and was very kind. He sent me quotes in a timely manner. We also consulted with Justin, a very knowledgeable and experienced mold remediator as well to get more information and his recommendations of where to explore for mold. That was very reassuring.The remediators that came in to my home to open the walls were very pleasant, respectful and knowledge. They set up an encased tent area so as not to allow mold to escape into the room. They covered my carpets and everything to keep any dirt of them and vacuumed up after their work.
