Let me let you know that I have extremely high standards when it comes to manicures and pedicures because my nails are super oily and can’t hold any polish and I get awful ingrown toenails that require digging to remove. When I tell you that I was blow away from this place, I mean it. This is now my second time coming back and I refuse to go to any other salon going forward because nobody can do it better. Let me walk you through my experience.You walk in and you’re immediately greeted by friendly staff, and are offered tea, coffee and water. Inside is a cute aesthetic- lots of plants and decor. Upstairs is for beauty things like eyelash extensions and facials I believe and downstairs is for nails. For pedicures, you sit in a comfy massage chair and are offered lots of colours to choose from. If you’re super indecisive like me, they’ll bring you both colours and sample on their own nails to help you make a decision, which is so kind and patient of them. They do pristine work. They remove every imperfection, dead skin, cuticles, and colour super close to the cuticle so that your nails look fresh for longer. My shellac manicure lasted me 4 weeks without chipping for the second time now. Shellac has never lasted on me before, but Susan can work magic.I cannot stress how incredible the service and quality of care is here. I’m from Toronto where I paid more for less work. If I ever move back to Toronto, I would commute to come back to this place. In fact, if you’re just visiting Hamilton, I suggest you stop by and get your nails done here.Every time I get my nails done, I already can’t wait to come back. I don’t write google review often, but this place deserves all the 5 stars in the world.

I've been coming here since last August and have left happy with my nails every time! They are clean, organized, and always provide excellent service; Susan is also very attentive to detail which I appreciate! Would definitely recommend :)

Wish I could leave a 0 star. As a woman, going to place to get your nails done should be a safe place, a place not to be judged by any imperfections that you may have as a woman. I was extremely self conscious and embarrassed by the person doing my nails. My nails are thin and brittle and the woman doing my nails kept pointing at my nails and talking to her colleague in their language. She ended up makinv someone taking it over, then when she did that she stood hovering over my nails while the other nail tech did it. As you can imagine this was an awful experience.

I've been going here for about five months and I'm so glad I found this spot. Susan and her team are attentive and helpful, and my nails have never received more compliments. I'm always offered tea when I come in, and when I was trying to figure out a base colour for powder dip that would work with my nails, she even applied the product on her own hand and went through several rounds of drying it so I could make a decision! They are also consistently wearing masks and they have some for customers if you feel more comfortable. Highly recommend.

Clean, relaxed, open atmosphere. Very friendly, professional service. Reasonable prices. This will be my second summer coming to get my toenails done.

I called Susan at 7 pm after work with no appointment she told me to walk right in.I was in lot pain from callus on my feet and i do work all day on my feet she took me in got raid of all the dry skin and I got my nails, all cleaned up and a foot massage. It was a great experience.The price was also, great she do not take advantage of you and those are best.Business is very clean, top-notch.I wish I can give her more Than five stars ⭐️.Thanks, Susan

My favourite place in the city. Clean, aesthetic, and well-ventilated spa with good energy and fair prices. I am pretty particular about my nails and before I found Olivia Nails was going back to Toronto to my old place. I've been a regular now for about 8 months. The owner is lovely and kind (she literally offered to walk me to my car with her umbrella when it was raining). The techs are excellent, Tina has done my nails the past couple times and I've been very happy with her attention to detail. Highly recommend!

Great experience at Olivia Nails! I'm so glad to finally have found my regular nail salon in Hamilton! Susan and her team did a great job on my gel refill, shellac manicure and pedicure. The salon itself is clean, bright and welcoming. Great selection of regular and shellac colours which is very important to me because I am really picky about choosing the perfect colour. I highly recommend Olivia Nails to anyone looking for a great mani and pedi.

I haven't even left the place yet and I just had to leave a review. The absolute nicest staff who you can tell enjoy working together. They are also so patient as it was my first time. I love my nails and the calm atmosphere and can't wait to come back
