Terrible customer service. Charge you for things you don't want or need and when you call them out on it, they refuse you reimbursement. Get your furbaby chipped elsewhere, most unprofessional place.

Same as everyone else. Click on website loads loads and eventually says cant load website. Can't access my dogs account to change address on Chip.

Worst website ever to deal with, I have tried multiple times to register my dog. It never sends the confirmation email. I didn't get to choose who my dog got microchipped through (as she is a rescue) and I would never go with them based on the fact I cannot register her myself now.

I adopted 2 kitties that were already chipped with this company and I had issues creating my account (my fault).Customer service was prompt to reply and resolved my issue patiently and professionally.*Note; I have not been to the actual location, this is a review for my dealings with the company in general.

When I was having trouble logging in (my fault) I sent a message on the website. Within minutes Jessica emailed me back, and we got everything sorted out really quickly. Great service.

The worst website that I have dealt with in some time. Trying to register my dog. It keeps saying Invalid login so I reset password and repeat all over again. I have clicked to reply by email too but nothing ever comes through. Frustrating! Hope my dog never gets lost.

Paid $60 for a microchip and their website doesn't even work. Waste of time and money. Go elsewhere.
