Everything is so great about the clinic. The only thing that annoyed me was that there is no organization about the appointment. They mixed the surgery, first consultation and the follow up. So that made things harder. We came for a follow and waited for hours to be seen by doctor. Organize better the appointment schedule that would be perfect.

I got my eye surgery one week ago and my vision is now near perfect ! I got a minor complication in my right eye the day after my surgery, but the team at Lasik was super reassuring and got me everything I needed to heal super quickly ! Thank you to Dr Nguyen, Antoinette & Pamela for being so kind the day of my surgery and to the rest of the team at Lasik for all the help every step of the way !

Great customer service vs. Competition. Very re-assuring people. My first exam had different result from my second (-0.5 difference), so they made a third exam with another person to make sure to get it right which was very re-assuring. You definetly do not want to go in surgery with the doubt of the wrong prescription. In and out in under 10 min, very fast. Not sure what they could of done better. No issue with my vision so far after 4 days except dryness which is expected.

My husband had a bi-annual check up appointment today. We were received by a friendly receptionist named Katherine. The technicians Delanteena and Linda passed us right on time with efficiency and professionalism. Great service every time. Keep up the good work!

What an excellent team! The whole experience feels very unique and personalized. It feels like you are the only customer and they are all there just for you. Very happy with the qualifications and dedication of the staff and would definitely recommend LASIK MD Laval if you are considering doing the surgery. It's painless and is a weird experience but it's worth it and I would do it again. Wish I had done it years ago!

The wait time was longer then expected but they were very nice and helpful to make it as fast as they could.The experience overall was great and even with the nerves from the operation its was more then worth it!Being able to have the comfort and ease of seeing as soon as I wake up and not needing to shuffle and find my glasses, I definitely wont be missing that.

It’s been around one year since I got my laser surgery done. The whole process went smooth! The nurses were the best and took care of me really well given I was super nervous! The admin staff are knowledgeable and explain all the paperwork in a lot of detail. They follow up regularly by phone and email and soon I have my in person check up (included in the surgery) in a few weeks! Im so happy I chose to go with them!
