Nice store, prices are much more affordable. I wish the movers are a bit more careful when getting the appliances in my place. First when they deliver the washer and dryer inside, they kicked toilet paper holder and it fell. They did not bother to fix it, when I asked if they can put it in place, they said it was that way before they arrived, which is not true. A second time for my stove, they chipped the kitchen counter, and again, no excuses, no nothing. I think it's good customer service to use care, and at least apologize if something goes wrong.

I purchased 4 pieces of equipment on May 7 2022.the first piece of equipment broke in June 2022 which was the Fridge. Costing me close to 1200$ worth of food.The second piece of equipment broke in October 2022. The dryer, they now want to charge me repaire man fees.I am beyond angry at the fact that their equipment is beyond unreliable for a ridiculously high price. Not only have had to pay myself to re furnished all my food and now need to pay for the technician because it has been a month since the warranty expired.This company is equivalent of a shady car dealership and I highly recommend avoid them at all cost.***Edit ****I ended up fixing this myself for a thermal Fuse that cost 7$ on Amazon.Any one else they’d charge 135$ to visit and 35$ every 15 minutes.

If it was possible to have a negative rating. That would be the case right now. Worst service. Staffs are the worst. All they care about is the money. For the same price and with better service. Go anywhere else. Don't waste ur time here.

Their products are so good and the service is excellent. The delivery came on time and i had a wide variety of appliances to choose from, not mentioning the good prices they offer. My preferred destination for any home appliances.

Great service from the sales person Hamza. He was very patient and worked with me to try and get the best price and accommodate with what I need. I would definitely suggest anyone to buy appliances from there if ever needed.
