They made the drink I’ve been having my whole life wrong and when I asked them to kindly remake it I had to pay for another one.... which place makes you pay for their mistakes? Although this seems to be a recurring theme here. Came quite often but won’t ever be back again.

I wish I can give 0 stars to this location. After an accident they have cause with not closing the lid properly on my drink. It leaked out and fell in my car and I have a stain. Got everything dirty and went back in got some napkins to clean it off my clothes and seat. Asking for another drink.. I had to pay for. After heading to a carwash to clean it out realizing that it really stained my new car… called them back saying that I am not supposed to be the one paying for this. She ( the manager) was rude and didn’t want to even understand how much this is frustrating. Even when I asked for her name she took it as if I was asking for her SIN. First time there and trust me it will be my last. A happy customer will tell 1.. an unsatisfied customer will tell 10. Your loss.

Experienced blatant discrimination and disrespect at this location at 6:45pm April 25, 2023 by an older male staff who refused to serve me because we asked for an English menu. Was told repeatedly in a condescending tone 'on est au Quebec, va à Ottawa' (we are in Quebec go to Ottawa). I used an English menu when I went a few days ago so him saying they didnt have any and to go elsewhere was extremely unprofessional. My wife spoke French but I am English. That male staff then proceeded to get agressive, spout profanities, and belittle us when I told him he was being ignorant not serving us. We walked out and will not be returning. Will also be informing everyone I know about the bad service at this place.

I noticed that they didn't have any English on their menu despite the fact that their store has a fully English name. When I asked for an English menu they told me to go on my phone and I left. Why do stores think that I've entered them with the intent of doing work? I'm there to buy something from the people that are being paid to do work.

Worse customer service experience I have ever had. Discrimination. My husband and I were rudely refused service when I politely asked for an English menu. Asked in French. The male staff at the counter told me no we are in Quebec go to Ottawa when I asked for an English menu...which I know they have used a few days ago. The staff then proceeded to spout profanities and belittle us and told us to go to Ottawa if we wanted to get English service and menu. I came in being in a great mood super polite when I asked and to be treated this way shook me. This type of service is very embarassing for me as a French Quebec resident with an English speaking partner. First time witnessing this type of discrimination. Evening of April 25, 2023

This place is great, fast service, however the music is too loud and a staff scolded me for being on my phone saying that that was why I couldn't hear them when they said my order was ready. No.. it's because the music was way too loud. Strange experience
