J'ai été très satisfaite de mon installation et de mon foyerG-39 très beau et performant. On nous a conseillé M. Laurent Boudreau pour enlever notre foyer. Il est formidable malgré plusieurs problèmes il a su tous les résoudre facilement et a peu de frais. Je vous le recommande.

Excellent service. Produit livré avec une égratignure importante mais le propriétaire a aussitôt proposé un échange. Équipe d'installation sous-traitant très efficace mais impolis avec un voisin qui voulait simplement stationner son auto. Le produit lui-même, un poêle Blaze King haute performance est vraiment génial.

had a bad experience with them.had my wood stove door gaskets redone and had to go back cause the gaskets came loose after a week.they charged me a second time and one gasket got loose after a week.will never go back there and do business with them.

J'ai acheté un foyer au gaz Enviro, made in Canada, en décembre 2020. J'adore le rendement énergétique généré par ce foyer. Ma femme et moi adorons le produit installé. Avant, nous avions un foyer au bois et la perte de chaleur était énorme vu les dimensions de l'âtre. Avec ce foyer, ça chauffe vraiment ! Je recommande fortement cette compagnie: excellent service en tous points. Vive la chaleur du propane !

J'ai acheté un poêle à bois, suite à l'achat, je me suis rendu compte que j'ai payé 500$ trop cher pour ce poêle! En plus, je ne l'ai pas installé et j'ai voulu le retourner après quelques mois, encore dans son emballage et ils ont refusés de le reprendre. Magasinez ailleurs!!

I am giving a one star because it would not allow me lower. The problem that I had with them was that they are the professionals and they should have advised us better. We had a wood burning fireplace and we had to change because of the new laws. We went there and purchased a gas fireplace and they did not advise us to get an electrician in before they arrived to have a plug installed inside of the fireplace so we have a cord with a plug coming out the side that needs to be plugged in. It looks terrible. Also they came to measure and then when they came to install we had to bring in the front of the fireplace to have cut. What did they measure for? And then it took another to weeks before they came to to install it. We had to call to get them to find out if the cuts had been made. Really not impressed.
