TERRIBLE SERVICE! Never buy there! We bought all our new electros because they were « in stock » but no, surprise!! We needed to wait 2 weeks to have them. Our washing machine arrived all damaged (even if it is new) and Meubles RD says is not their fault but the manufacturer’s. What a way of washing their hands! I could have bought a used one instead! Very unsatisfied! NEVER GO THERE

Bought many items when i noticed a big sale, taxes where included for a limited time!!!! was very well served. Delivery went well especially with the time updates! Had an imperfection on one item and they exchanged it with no worries, I do recommend them :)

We weee looking for a round kitchen table with glass top but they had nothing like we were searching for.

Delivery people were good. Boss not so friendly but helper was great. Helper needs a new boss

I understand this is supposed to be a rebate kind of store, but they could still put some effort into the decore or lighting for the place. Very drab looking, not exactly inviting to spend money there. Staff was helpful though.

The store has some nice stuff for decent prices. The furniture is all relatively cheap.. but you get what you pay for. Store has basically zero inventory so you'll have to wait a good week to get it delivered to the store. Then you have to wait at the loading dock and the warehouse worker won't even help you get the items in the truck.. overall not impressed

Think twice before buying at Meubles RD.Went to the store and bought a bed frame and a mattress and agreed on a date. Time had come and without any notice, they delivered only the bed frame. As I didn’t have the mattress to sleep on, decided to assemble the bed only when everything arrives. Almost a month after, the mattress came and for my surprise, when assembling the bed, it WAS BROKEN! The two drawers doesn’t fit because it came broken from the store. Sent an email to after purchase service only to read that they cant do anything because it’s passed 48h from the delivery. How could I possibly know that was broken if they weren’t delivered together? Never buying again and make sure that everyone I know, is aware of the bad service. (:

UPDATE following Meuble RD's response:Indeed likewise applies for after sale employee that can be ill-mannered towards clients. Point number 4 is yet to be resolved as replacement items from defective order were sent to a wrong address and delivery crew still proceeded on going to this address. Now another 10 days is proposed to have the replacement items delivered to the correct address.Worse experience by far, defective company! Therefore, No, the issues are not resolved as of today. Unsure how you can identify a deficiency as being resolved when the client is still waiting for the replacement pieces which were shipped to the wrong address?An All Sales Final Policy becomes enforceable through communication; NOWHERE during the checkout process on your webpage and prior to submission of payment it is clearly stated and communicated that all sales are finial, no message, no pop up or tick box is displayed.Original:Byers beware before purchasing online with Meuble Rd.1. Sales are final with NO indication or agreement box that allows clients to be aware of their policies prior to the completion of the transactions!2. Painful to no after sales service. Client services via telephone can not help and won’t do anything and only redirects you to fill a form online each time where follow-up is performed beyond a delay of 72h. Mixed information are provided by client service reps, etc.3. Wrong item was delivered4. Replacement items being delivered to the wrong address. No way to contact them as client service only opens at 10am!Very and most painful experience ever with a furniture company.Beware buyers, think twice and reevaluate prior to purchasing with themI will certainly not recommended Meuble RD any time soon!
