I have gone to this shop 4 different times now, and I can say without a doubt that this is my favourite one i've been too. The staff are very welcoming and are incredibly easy to talk to. Milad has pierced me a number of times now, including piercing my mom. Which might I add is not an easy costumer. His humor and confidence in his abilities make a sometimes scary experience so much easier. There shop is super clean, and the quality of both the jewelry and piercings are incredibly high. I without a doubt will be returning and referring people I know to them.

The staff at ONCE are very accommodating. My artist was very patient and I appreciated his input on my custom tattoo. I love that he is prompt with answering inquiries and booking my consultation to make sure my piece turns out perfectly. I definitely recommend this place to anyone in the Edmonton area or visiting West Edmonton Mall. Definitely going there when I am ready for my next piece!

Got 2 piercings done here and they’re healing great! The staff are so nice and the jewelry is high quality, good for my sensitive skin. Will definitely be coming back to get more!

Milad was amazing! I was very nervous about getting my Septum pierced, but he was very accommodating and made me feel very comfortable. I'm prone to getting faint and he got me water and fanned me and even got me a Lollipop to get my blood sugar back up when it was done! He didn't rush me at all, in fact he made sure that I was more than okay before letting me get up so I didn't faint. He was very nice and made the process quick and painless! I am so pleased with my new piercing!

Milad is amazing! He is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Him and his staff answer all your questions and ensure that you are in great condition before leaving his shop. The shop is impeccably clean and organized. I went to Milad to fix my previous piercing mishaps from other places as well as to get new piercings from him, he’s incredible to say the least. Always a pleasure going to see him!

This place was highly recommended by a couple of friends. I went in for a piercing to look for information on services not planning to get anything done but the lady at the front desk said they can take walk-ins and that a nose piercing would only take a couple of minutes. So I got it done on the spot! I was nervous but Milad did my piercing and made me feel comfortable. He did an amazing job and I’m so happy with my piercing! They also use needle threading which is recommended over a piercing gun. I highly recommend them and everyone is super friendly!

I came in to get 4 piercings removed, I got pierced at shady piercing shop and the jewelry they installed were too short causing irritation and impossible to remove. the apprentice was so professional, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time! They got piercings out so quickly that I’ve spent hours trying to remove myself! I highly recommend once for piercings and any piercing related issue! Thank you so much to both the apprentice and the other man who helped me! I feel so relieved having them out now!

I had been on the search for someone to pierce my little girls ears while she is still a baby and found Once Piecing. Milad pierced my 2 month old daughters ears a month ago now. It was an AMAZING experience. Not only is he extremely experienced...he is kind, thoughtful and comforting. He was also quick and precise with the piercings. Prior to beginning, he took the time to explain how it works, and what to expect. He is a family man and it shows through how he interacts with his clients. We have had no problems with her ears healing. They look amazing! The jewelry is high quality and there is plenty of options. Their facility is clean, the front desk staff is extremely pleasant, supportive and informative. Hands down we will be returning for future piercings needs. Thank you Milad and staff!
