It’s hard to be even worse than McDonald’s, but A&W champs did it! Of course this is only about the food quality, their service is good and people who work there are hard workers

I’ve been a handful of times and every time I’ve been the only car in the drive through and they still make me pull over to the side and wait 15 minutes for my “fast food”. A couple times having to leave my car and remind them that I was waiting for my food!

Food was absolutely perfect and so was customer service was a great experience however the atmosphere wasn't up to par since there was like one or two fruit flies wandering about and there were small crumbs on the seats but overall absolutely perfect.

Tried the cheese and bacon uncle burger with rings and an ice cold mug of root beer. The place wasn't busy and it took about 5 to 7 minutes for our order, so all the food was fresh. Staff were pretty friendly and a great wheelchair accessible washroom.Really liked the fact that when you tossed your trash by the condiments and pop machine that there was also a sink for hand washing. No need to go to the washroom where not everyone washes before they open the door.

The breakfast was simple and excellent. There was value which is often not the case anymore. The service was friendly and complete. I couldn't ask for more. It's fast food so the atmosphere and service are what you expect. I was happy and will be back.

Onion rings had an odd taste and even worse aftertaste when washed down with watered down root beer. Hamberger was ok but luke warm at best. We purchased 3 meals and will not go back again because this wasn't the first time the food wasn't good.

Come here every Monday for a a month for decent breakfast twice this has happened in a row the last two weeks, eggs supposed to be sunny side up and they cook over hard and then what is left of the yolk is destroyed and absorbed by the plate when I called the store nothing was taken seriously and I was asked to bring it back I’m like 10 min away and I eat my breakfast on my break it’s inconvenient and out of my way. My name is Chris I get my sausage replaced with Pattie’s and I’m a truck driver in frequently. Thinking that’s now happening any more :(

Food was good. Service sucks. The guy asked me if I was dining in or taking out. I said I'll dine in. When he delivered the food he then warned me they were closing so I asked for a bag instead of eating inside. He put the burger and sweet potato fries in the bag but forgot to give me my cup for pop. I had to ask for it 3 times. He finally gave the cup to me with a smudge and pointed at the drink station in the back looking very unimpressed. Never coming back here again. You don't treat customers that way! Shame because the food was fantastic. Guess I'll stick to the one in Bayers Lake.
