Muska Lighting

I would highly recommend Muska Lighting in Eden Prairie. My wife and I worked with Mariah to find a light for our kitchen. It took us a couple of trips in the store before we found what we were looking for. Both times Mariah was professional, patient, and very helpful. She showed us custom option not on their sales floor. In the end, she helped us find the perfect light.

I am re-doing the exterior of my house, and visited this store to look for new exterior lighting. I had never been there before, but I am so glad I found it! They have an excellent selection of outdoor lighting in their showroom. This was very important to me. And, equally important, I received wonderful service from Tammy! She greeted me soon after I walked in. She was so attentive and easy to work with, and she seemed genuinely interested in my little project. She honed in very quickly on my style and what I was looking for. After having spent a couple of weeks trying to figure out what I wanted, I left the store very happy, having purchased exactly the right lighting for my house! I can't wait to see it installed! I highly recommend this store. I would also note that, although I wasn't in the market for indoor lighting, they seem to have an excellent selection and some very interesting options! This is the first place I will visit for future lighting needs.

First time we were at Muska Lighting. We are redoing our kitchen and didn't know much about lighting but we met Curtis and gave us some great ideas! We will be purchasing lights from Muska Lighting and would recommend this place to anyone!! Thanks Curtis!

Stopped in a few times to try and figure out what we needed for a remodeling project. Felt like i was bothering them. Was told to send the info via email. Sent everything. Checked back a few times. Never did hear back. Ended up spending a few thousand somewhere else.

Worst Customer Service I have experienced. They did not provide correct information prior to the sale as to lighting fixture needing additional support, and when attempting to return a non-opened light fixture, letting them know over the phone I am coming to return, they did not advise of a restocking fee and drove 40 minutes down there to be told that. If I could rate them a zero I would. I would not buy from this company.

The person helping me saw someone else come in and left me to help her. She never came back and another gal came and asked if she could help. I wasn’t going to tell her my needs as I just told the other person. Terrible customer service.

Our architect recommended Muska Lighting for our remodeled kitchen and eating area. We were impressed with the selection and service. Alex is wonderful! He quickly understood our needs and style and found the perfect fixtures that will make a statement while serving their purpose. They were in stock and delivered to the store quickly. We couldn't be happier.

I have been a loyal customer, even if not frequent, for many years. Trying to support local businesses. I recently purchased an item which I subsequently called to cancel. I was told no problem as it hadn't shipped. I was told the refund would be processed the next day, a Friday or Monday. Not true. Took more than two weeks. In addition, they take your money via credit card but issue your refund via a check which you then have to deposit, cash, etc. How antiquated. Why??? What kind of financing gimmicks are they managing??? I am done with this business.

Great one-on-one service. Muska's online portal is incredibly helpful in pulling together a cohesive selection of lights and mirrors for your entire house.
