Came here on Saturday to get my tire fixed and it was done perfectly but then one of the workers broke my key into pieces. I had to tape it all up to get home and i wasn’t offered an apology for the inconvenience or any sort of compensation. I couldn’t use my car to go to work the next day since my key was broken and I had to pay over $300 to get a new one. Accidents happen but they had no problem charging me and sending me on my way with a key that no longer works and is in pieces

Excellent and professional service from start to finish. Needed to fix a tire that had gotten a screw in it. Matin at the front desk, as well as Mike the mechanic/technician were wonderful at explaining and showing what needed to get done ... which most dealerships don't always do. Tire was patched up. While there, also had some filters (cabin and engine) replaced. Wait time was reasonable, and no appointment (thankfully) was necessary as long as you visit them early in the morning. First come first served. Great value and professional service, would definitely come back and recommend.

I normally never post reviews however after my first visit at the Hwy 7 and Weston location in Vaughan, I absolutely have to! I visited this location yesterday and had absolutely amazing experience! It was my first time dealing with a mechanic on my own and the staff here made me feel so comfortable and well taken care of. They explained everything thoroughly to me and really made it a priority to put my safety first. They really do treat you like family. I would highly recommend Active Green + Ross Vaughan to everyone!

Needed to get new tires asap. Matin got the new tires ready and got it changed the same day. Fast service, but the tires had white sticky stuff all around the tire and on all four of them. If it was a clean job, I would give it 5 stars.

Matin was quite helpful and honest upfront. Checked the vehicle and offered his expert opinion and service. Suggested needed work that I knew the vehicle needed. He understood my time situation and got extra tech’s on the vehicle to complete the work as needed.
