Wife had her ears pierced and the lady was very informative and patient. It was a great experience.

I have been a long time customer. I was in this facility recently and was not given good customer service by one person. I was a walk-in looking to try on various products. There were only 2 people working that night. The 1st lady took me right away but she had several appointments that she took in while she was working with me so I had to wait until after she finished each of them. Finally she asked the other staff member to help me. If you are going to take walk-ins then you must stay with them until you are finished or schedule an appointment or better still have more staff. This is the worst service I have gotten as I have always been taken care in the past. Not that night!

So I love visage for doing my eyebrows, this is actually the only way place I will get my brows done at. The reason why I am giving a 3 instead of 5 star is because calling to make an appointment is ridiculous. I have called there 18 times today literally and EVERY TIME it has gone to their answering machine. They are open,I know this for a fact, and it's sad that no one can answer the phone at least 1 out of the 18 times. I'm going away and need to book an appointment before I leave but I doubt that will happen. Also this isn't the first time this has happened. On average I have to have 6-8 times for them to actually answer the phone. It makes me angry because I am a member and I will only let Jillian do my eyebrows so I need to know if she's in or not. I now have to debate if it's worth driving all the way to the mall to see if Jillian is working or just not having my eyebrows done for my trip. Visage you need to either have someone to answer your phones or delicate a person to who is doing waxing to do so. There is no way they couldn't answer one of the EIGHT TEEN times I've called in the last 3 hours.

I used to come here all the time, however, recently stopped going due to the overwhelming upselling that goes on here. I go in for a simple, quick brow wax which normally takes 10 mins and end up leaving feeling bad about myself. The one time the lady told me my skin was dry, i need to take better care of my skin and that i should buy their entire skin care line. Yesterday the woman was so abrasive with my brows, and again tried to upsell me. She even went as far as to try to get my 9 year old daughter to get her ears pieced. Please just do my brows and move on. This is why I will not renew my membership and most likely not return. It's very uncomfortable. I know that they are working on commission, it is very clear, however, if a customer says no, stop upselling and do the job, don't keep pushing it.

I've been getting my brows done here for over 5 years and always have a fantastic experience! The ladies are always SO nice and willing to help. I'm not very knowledgeable with make-up or beauty products, so they are always very informative and recommend things that end up being perfect for me. I'd recommend Caryl Baker Visage to anyone!

I have gotten my eye brows waxed for years at Visage, the ladies are fantastic and are always listening to all your concerns. I have been using the products forever and they are amazing, the ladies there always know what products to suggest for every season for all skin types. I have also gotten a makeup application done and have always looked great. Thanks for all your help.

UPDATE TO REVIEW: oh my gosh how this place went down hill. There are two women who could care less how you look when you leave - they just rush through your brow wax. I left missing half an eyebrow last month. Also, life advice? Never ask someone if you can wax their mustache". They asked my six months pregnant best friend as she was getting her eyebrows done. How incredibly rude can you possible be?I love this place. Quick and easy. I have been attending for years

Get waxing here and no where else. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and you always come out feeling better than when you entered. Love it!!!

Had an amazing experience with Michelle this morning who pierced my twins' ears. She was patient and kind, explained the whole process and gave us time to regroup after the piercings were done. I couldn't have asked for a better first experience for my 5 year old girls. I would recommend going when they first open as I could tell they were getting busier with calls and appointments. But overall excellent experience! Thank you!!

They are a great company and owner is hands on with the company which you never see much off anymore. I went 2 them twice to have my 9 month old girls ears done. They are great!
