N3 Carpentry

Our cottage is located on Champlain Rd in Saw Log Bay. Since the level of the waterfront has increased we have been losing most of our sand and the high water has eroded under the old boathouse. We utilize this building as a bunkie/play area for our grandchildren as well as storage. Therefore, it is important to save the building. Matt at N3 Carpentry was recommended to us and we were so pleased to have his advice and services. Matt made a great recommendation for another service provider that would replace a few beams and shore up the existing beams and pilings. After this structure was stabilized then Matt came in and replaced a beautiful deck that will withstand the winter storms and ice dams. His work is meticulous and his fees are reasonable. We have had him quote other work that needs to be done to the cottage and again priced fairly. We look forward to working in future with Matt and N3!

We were pleased with the Quick, clean, detailed work after being left with a partially completed project that required some problem solving skills. Matt if a great job.
