Walmart Supercentre

My wife & I were in the Walmart in Milton on Steeles Ave this afternoon and as we walked by the deli section. I noticed some ham & cheese pre-made sandwiches. One looked really bad. The ham was clear not pink like normal. I picked it up and gave it to the guy behind the counter and showed him & said it looked bad. He looked at me puzzled. So we want on our way. But I stopped to look back to see what he was going to do. He walked over to a woman in white clothing with the sandwich in his hand and they talked and he walked away with the sandwich and put it back on the shelf with the others. Look at the one on the left. Bad Bad! This is why Walmart is sleazy!

1 hour waiting time for order pick up. Then instead of helping the fresh manager" was his position just yelled at me. Practically had to go inside and get the dam order myself"

Worst service I ever had. I order stroller on May 22nd. It was supposed to delivery on May 25. but, It got delayed. I called them and asked the reason. they said, there is a delay from shipper and it will be delivered on June 6. I waited till that day, and again it got delayed and they conveyed same non-sense reason and they mentioned it will be delivery on June 12.till now nothing happened. When I called them today, they are saying, same non-sense reason. They are not ready to cancelling order or refund me. worst service.

This store constantly has no toilet paper in bathrooms and they are so disgusting and messy (has happened at least 3 times). Things are super unorganized and spills on the floors that are not cleaned and tracked around the store.Good prices but it makes me want to pay more at another store so I don’t have to spend an hour at home cleaning sticky shoes and getting my car dirty. Also I shouldn’t have to check each bathroom for toilet paper….or bring my own.

I would give them 0 if I could. Horrible service. Delays in responding to pick up calls, pathetically long wait time for grocery pick up, wrong orders delivered to customer. When you try to call customer service at the store, nobody picks up. I called the 800 number to discuss my experience, nobody cares about it and is not willing to do anything. My complaint was escalated, someone called back the next day told me we will improve our service and hung up!!! Definitely not going there again, telling all my friends and family never to go there again.

Overall, it's a decent Walmart location however produce section needs a bit of attention. Vegetables are never fresh and the staffs went inside to fine fresh ones but it was impossible. All good except any fruits, vegi, meat etc.

Looks to be a place that facilitates scams, I purchased a mini fridge and in less than 6 months it stopped working. Contacted the manufacturer and they do not respond or help, as well as Walmart, even spoke with the manager and she seemed very rude and unwilling to help. Avoid this Walmart.

I’m tired of receiving Horrible “fresh”Produce from Walmart. During time of inflation, they continuously put this garbage out in name of food. Why? Is our money so worthless or customer experience has gone down the gutter? Everything goes? This is my 4th round of receiving such ginger. Rotten and moldy inside. I’m just done with this service.

My wife and I just left the Milton store totally frustrated, again with the Milton Store.Aside from the fact that their carts are stuck together and can't be pried apart, the store is not well maintained in stock and appearance.I tried to buy the Advertised" Pepsi 24 pack @ $10.47. Nothing available so I take 2-12 packs of the same variety. I showed the sale price on my phone and they will not honour the sale price......WHAT?That is simple Customer Service 101.The manager will not adjust the price either

This is the most poorly managed store I have ever been in. My daughter and granddaughter went in on Sunday to buy a scooter. All but 3 boxes had been torn open with parts all over the floor in the aisle. 3 staff members including a so-called manager verbally abused my daughter saying that she wasn't allowed to open the box when obviously several other people had already done so! She wanted to make sure that all the parts were in the box so that she didn't have to go back and return. If someone would check your cameras, you would know that she wasn't the one who had opened them. If your staff would do their jobs and clean up the aisles, this wouldn't have been an issue.This poorly managed store has absolutely NOTHING to do with COVID. It's been absolutely awful for years and only getting worse.I realize you are short-staffed as I have been told that is why there is only self check-out most of the time (but don't even get me started on that!!!)
