I've been at this location about a dozen times in the last two months. The staff were always helpful and persevered in finding my parts - many of which were oddball components that were difficult to source. As for complaints about not answering phones on Saturdays, if you saw how busy it can be in that store on the weekends, you'd know why you may have to wait for the line to be picked up.

Terrible. I never get to talk to anyone on a Saturday. When you're trying to finish projects and need parts one calls a parts store. Well they either hang up or put it thru to a recorded message which hangs up on you at the end. I find 50/50 they hang up. Either they don't want your business or they just don't care.

The woman that works there should not even serve coffee we asked to check a number for our file and she couldn't find it so we asked to check another number and she said there's no point so after 45 minutes of asking please just check the file for the number she put in the number and found our file then she couldn't go past January 1st 2019 and every time we do deal with her she gives us the wrong parts and I'm in there on a daily basis that's why we prefer to deal with Stan or Tyler there is a few other guys that's pretty good but ask for Stan or Tyler if you want to get the right parts you are looking for if it's a heavier-set woman don't even bother wasting your time just walk out if not you got a 90% chance of getting the wrong part if you ask for a part with a gasket one will be bigger than the other they won't even fit she's a guarantee that you'll be back multiple times for the right part that you are looking for

Never ever ever ever do they pick up the phone at this location. You pretty much have to call other locations just to see if they have what you need in stock just so you don’t waste time or fuel going there in person. Now once your their all you hear is the phone ringing and not on soul even attempting to pick up the phone. lines are usually a long wait but the service is decent but very unprofessional not picking up the phone at all and very frustrating as a customer who owns a business.

Had my parts in stock which was nice. Not as nice was that there was only one person at the counter with five customers waiting. There were at least four other employees seen not working the counter.

Stan Terry and Kevin are always helpful. for it being under the Canadian tire Corp it feels like a stand alone store. I always come here for any vehicle or body shop needs

I was in the store today. Herminder was the person at the cash who served me. The customer service I received today was the best customer service I have received in a very long time. Best wishes for Herminder and really hope he stays at this location. I have also contacted the store itself to let them know he is an asset to the company.

As others stated they won't pick up the phone on a saturday and just hang up, i guess i won't be getting my product i need mixed on sale last day, why not just close saturdays. People kind of need to know if the part is in stock before wasting time driving there

Called, asked for a part, said yes in stock. Showed up, spent 45 mins with a guy who couldn't find his _ _ _ if he had an anatomical chart in front of him with an arrow pointing at it. Only to find out they didn't have the part they said they had on the phone. Went to NAPA was in and out in 5 mins with the proper part. The stupidity here is like Canadian tire but on steroids.

Amazing prices and Joe is a great help, knows his stuff
