I've lived in Victoria for almost 6 months and the Hillside Fort Royal Pharmacy is one of the best pharmacies that I've been a patient at. I decided to switch to Fort Royal after clients had their medications delivered to my workplace, and I'm so glad I made the switch.They are organized, communicative, knowledgeable, and very kind and care about their patients! If you need medications delivered on a timely basis, they're able to work it into their schedule and get you what you need, by the time you need it. Their customer service is amazing, and they also can offer help getting registered for Fair Pharmacare.

Top-notch customer service and superb advice. I used to have to walk 45 mins to come to this pharmacy at its former location, but it was absolutely worth it. The pharmacist is friendly and approachable, and on many occasions has gone the extra mile to make sure I'm getting the best drug and the lowest possible price, including making calls to discuss options with my doctor and with medical insurance companies. I was I'll with ? for over a week asked for my medication to be delivered .Had to isolate myself And not go anywhere I was very I'll and alone they refused and I had no choice but to crawl to the pharmacy.when I could not walk.Thanks for your consideration and great sence of judgement.

I have nothing but good words to say about this pharmacy. Pourya always helps me with my prescriptions and my mother's prescriptions in an extremely timely manner and answers all of my questions. When my mom was in emergency and I brought in her rx afterwards, it was missing some information so Pourya called the hospital to track down that information so that it could be filled for her. This happened not only once, but twice.Right now I am going through a bit of a medical nightmare and they have gone above and beyond. Pourya helped me with information I needed for the special authority form, he got me in touch with a physician so that I could get a prescription I was in desperate need of and he has consistently been there to answer all of my questions about the whole process I am currently going through.Absolutely amazing customer service! A couple months back I was visiting Victoria with my friends and family and someone I knew was dealing with internal pain. Pourya was literally the best pharmacist I’ve ever met. He is an incredible listener and provided my friend with extremely detailed and informative advice, whilst providing multiple solutions and treatments. He cared so much about the situation that I was truly blown away by the service. This is the pharmacy you want to be going to.

Staff were very friendly and easy to deal with. Small businesses in Victoria are very busy and often short staffed, but the staff still took the time to make me feel welcome. The three Fort Royal Pharmacies are the only pharmacies distributing Covid Tests for the Small business government program and they must be very busy handling all that. Yet the staff were responsive to my inquiries and scheduled a time promptly. Thanks!

Everyone I've dealt with at Fort Royal Pharmacy Hillside has been incredibly kind and helpful! They had my prescriptions transferred from another pharmacy, and filled in no time, after I discovered that the other pharmacy was going to take too long. They also went above and beyond to help me get a telephone appointment with a doctor when there was a problem with one of my prescriptions and the original doctor didn't send the new one before closing for the weekend. I can't recommend them enough! I will always go here now because of their great service!
