Only place we found actually quality furniture options even though it's obviously pricey. We had an excellent experience in store but that's where it ended. As soon as you lock in on a product all customer service stops there. I've been extremely frustrated with the process after purchase. There is no way to follow your product to see an update on delivery times. When I call the store no one has any answers, the only person who can help you is your sales associate and they are never available. I've called 6-7 times now over the past month and was continuously told that a manager or my sales associate would call me back and I never once heard from anyone. I was advised to reach out to my sales associate ... I emailed my sales associated twice with no response. When I spoke to someone finally I was assured when our couch arrives someone will call us to set up a delivery time. I followed up again a few days ago since we are another week overdue from my last updated arrival time for our couch and find out it has arrived but no one called us. Now I'm finding out all delivery dates are full and we won't be able to have our couch delivered until March. It also took 3 phone calls to be able to set up a financing option because not everyone is able to deal with this. Once I go through with it and set up financing they tell me there is now an administration fee to pay ranging from $99-399. Absolutely frustrating and horrible service as I don't appreciate having to hunt people down for answers consistently. When I called to express this to them I did not receive any apology or attempts to improve things just told there is nothing they can do. I completely understand delays and issues with transporting and receiving goods but keep your customers informed or at minimum return their phone calls when you say you will.

Please do yourself an favour and shop elsewhere. Wonderful service until I made my purchase of a couch and 2 leather recliners. I was advised it would take six months for delivery, the products arrive shortly before Christmas, no problem post pandemic etc. they did not arrive until the new year at which time the delivery man stated “ I have good and bad news” good news is we have all your furniture, the bad news is the couch will not fit through your door. My door is standard, the couch was oversized it’s their responsibility to ensure it will fit. My sister bought a similar couch and the sales associate inquired about the size of her door this was not Lazy boy. Also the 2 chairs I purchased were special leather a natural leather colour similar to roots products, however they are orange. I have had nothing but difficulties getting any response from the store, have sent numerous emails, talked to many sales associates. I went back to the store to try to see if I could replace couch to no avail. Then it took months of calling and emails to get my refund. I asked to have the manager call me a few times, no response.During this time I received a few emails from the managed to contact him about delivery??? I would respond stating the delivery occurred however couch did not fit through my door. Today one of the remotes for my chair is defective, I replaced the batteries the lights come in but will not operate the chair. I called the store only to have to leave another voice mail. So here I wait again for someone to respond. So frustrated with my products and especially the lack of responses and service.

Edit: Scheduled a service call, guy was supposed to be here at 2 but neither showed or called. Not impressedHad the power love seat for less than 2 weeks, left side motor is already dead. They sure don't make them like they used to and seems like the quality is not worth the price.

Terrible customer service trying to get someone to come and get a stain removed from a loveseat that we purchased in 2018.My dad purchased an extended warranty at the time of purchase and never used it. We finally had to use it this month to get a stain removed and the customer service communication was horrible.They might have good quality products but their customer service as per warranty services needs significant improvement.

Jan 20 2023 yesterday “Mr” Will visited to fix a mishap that occurred with the best ever electric chair that we ever purchased. Will was the most professional, pleasant fella that I had encountered in some timeIt was a pleasure to have in my homeI must add that all La Z Boy people that I was in contact with were very nice and helpfulThanks you have always been good people with excellent products

Once upon a time, the name La-Z-Boy was synonymous with high quality and great service. Sadly neither is true anymore. It takes weeks even months to get furniture delivered, and even then if there is a problem with your purchase it takes several more weeks for them to send a tech to your home to check on the situation and several more weeks to get a replacement item or refund. Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere; this once great chain is now a HORRIBLE nightmare.

We were greeted upon entry and told the she's agents name. Full stop. The store next door greeted us, orifices himself and have us a full run down of the store and what was available, also offered us coffee and water while we browse. Lazy boy really needs to step up is game to compete.

We dealt with Manager and District Manager and price match was given on our loveseat. Met Wendy in person and she was the best. Price matched it, checked stock and we were lucky enough not to have to wait 3 months for delivery. Item was in stock and delivery came one week early. Pleasant surprise. Great notifications for when item was expected to be delivered and installation was fast. Wendy made it a very good experience.

My wife and I had the opportunity to experience some of the great customer service at the Nepean location just recently. Initial choices for us were easy but something to add was a bit tougher. The staff (Vicki & Michelle) were fantastic. They didn’t move mountains but literally moved furniture to help us out. Very knowledgeable on the product and what a wonderful product it is. Can’t wait for delivery in a few weeks!

When I phoned for information on specific pieces they were rude and couldn't be bothered. I phoned the Gloucester store and they couldn't have been more helpful
