Shirin was awesome. Got tired of all the low cost optical stores that were no help whatsoever. Stopped by Abasa and got the service and attention I was looking for. Hi All, we have been a regular customer of ABASA optical since 2013. We have had very good experience with this place, at times there was issues and Shirin was very diligent in rectifying it immediately and even by taking in some loss at her end.My wife and mother in law is a huge fan of their service and customer appreciation skills. Dr. Sachdev is a very decent person to interact with. both of them have a nice glow on their face while dealing with customers.Few weeks back my wife and mother-in-law went in for a check up and got couple of prescription glasses for both and one of the spectacle was not correct for my mother-in-law and they went back to rectify and Shirin was so nice in rectifying the issue.After a week or so last Friday April 28th there was another problem again and they went back to Shirin on Saturday and without any hesitation she changed the glasses for my mother-in-law. Thank you Shirin for the amazing customer service.Even though I personally had huge problem with one of your staffs behavior and arrogance few years back we still come to you because you have put a magic spell on us.Thank you Shirin and Dr. Sachdev.
