Generally the service is poor - no smiles just stares and silence. Twice now asked to use the bathroom and was told it was out of order" - just tacky to be not allow your customers to use the restroom apart from a functioning restroom being a license requirement. Unfortunate as the food and latte was good."

This is my first visit during pandemic, unfortunately the washroom is not available right now.The service is great! While I am taking a photo for the screen, the waiter is trying to give me a better angle.Drinks given in really short period.The drinks it takes slightly different as what I prefer, but it is my new favourite for sure.This is what I have ordered, the Expresso Frappe.

Honestly for the price I would not waste your money, just go to starbucks. I have tried a few of their sandwiches and they were so bad I couldnt eat it had to throw it out. Their coffee is watery. I have waited for 10 mins for a bagel toasted with cream cheese before. Their baked goods are mediocre at best. I wouldnt waste your money. I remember liking second cup years and years ago but i feel like i am wasting my money at this point.

3/4 of the food was sold out. The remaining was many days old and stale. Advertising smoothies and they didn’t have ingredients to make the smoothies. Bathroom was disgusting. I don’t leave bad reviews often, but this one was more than necessary.

I didnt have a great experience, the iced matcha latte I got wasn't mixed well, had chunks of matcha, and the barista wasn't friendly. Honestly curious if they pay their employees well enough, I got minimum wage minimum effort vibes.

Great coffee, quite a bit better than Tim's! Also, the staff was very accommodating and helped us when we were tracking down suspects in a robbery that happened in the hotel at the end of the street. Will definitely come again.

Staff: 3/5. average. (did just enough. Passive. No hello and also didn't say hi back. No you're welcome after my thank you. No goodbye. Store wasn't busy either time I visited as well, so no excuse there. A four star or above would necessitate doing more than the minimum.)Drinks: 4/5. very good.A great (4+/5) coffee shop sets itself apart with either great customer service and/or very great drinks. Neither was met.

Cafe is really good and specially it's so neat and clean. I always going for my almond date smoothie. Staff is so friendly and well mannered. Staff always help you to get right drink. Tall Indian guy is really polite and helpful. He already knew my order and make it very carefully.Thank you for having second cup cafe at saskatoon. Heads up.

Personally, I enjoy the Second Cup franchise. My experiences with them tend to be consistent. They have a broad enough menu that most will be pleased with the selection. Second Cup as a whole is perhaps like a step up in comparison to Tim's, without the influencer-esque aesthetics of Starbucks. This is a solid location, right on a busy walking street outside of Midtown Plaza.
