Travis was amazing to deal with! He was able to multiple task and deal with multiple customers at a time while providing exceptional customer service and was very knowledgeable. He has a great personality for providing excellent customer service. It’s obvious Travis takes great pride in his work. Rondex should be proud and fortunate to have Travis apart of their team!

I would like to update my previous review and change my rating from 1 star to 4 out of 5 stars.The company did reach out to me and did do there best to correct the situation and to better my experience. Unfortunately we lost contact. ( My own doing not there's)My one bad dealing with them should not reflect anyones opinion on weather or not to shop here. They were very apologetic, friendly, sincere and did correct the situation with there staff.Thank you!Original Post:I spoke to someone earlier in the day about getting some color match paint for my car. They said they could match it and that they close at 5pm. So i drove from La Broquire MB to Isabel St in Winnipeg MB witch is well over an hrs drive and $50 in gas there and back. I arrived at approximately 4:20 PM, 40 mins before they close. When I went to the counter I was told sorry they can't mix my paint because the paint mix is closed. So i said are you guys not open until 5pm?"They replied "yes we are but are mixing Booth is not"Is the mixing Booth a different company apart from the Rondex Store or is it part of Rondex and operates Under the same owners

Went in there with a task for finding paint. Travis cool helped me out. Great asset you folks at rondex have there! Super helpful.

I brought some auto body supplies from Rondex, Travis was very helpful and showing me what to do with my repaires, it really helps me to get the job done. Just wonderful place to shop and learn.

Response to owner- I call bs, where did it relocate to? You Edmonton store never paid my uncle as supplier either. Every other store in Wpg has supplies but your store. Call and ask. Why is that? Lies.Never have what I need, now I know why there Edmonton store closed. Not sure if its the same owners but if it is, can't see this store being open much longer either. Very poor customer service

Travis is truly good for Rondex and the customers! I bought a couple of spray paint cans with 2 different colors recently. One matched perfectly to the alloy rim caps, but the second color - Metallic Grey - did not match properly. So I stopped by Rondex this morning and had a fantasic conversation with Travis. He explained me some tricks on spraying metallic paint and why my painted part did not match the color. Travis even showed me the way I should spray first and the last paint layers and clear coat as well. He also sprayed properly on a sample and let me take that sample as an example. Now I know the way of how to spray metallic paint properly and will be practicing. So I got not just paint only @ Rondex, but a quick workshop as well. That was great! I was not expecting to get such level of customer support. Definately, Rondex is a place to go for the paint and some advices. Thank you, Travis, for your time and willingness to help!

A huge thank you to Travis for matching the color needed for the nose of this bus in Nason single stage. The initial optical scan produced a color that was way too far off to be usable. Travis used his skills and knowledge to tweak the formula to the point where it is 100% correct. I could not be happier with the result. If you need supplies, Travis is the guy, Rondex is the place!

Not coming from a quality perspective as I heard they are good and can provide custom match by word of mouth.I gave a standard paint code through their online system to inquire availability of the auto paint in that code/formula.Their response was advising me to drive to the store to get a match with my car or bring along a paint chip of the color I want. Went there, no checking paint chip or the car, just asked me the color code I gave in the first place to know that the tint has been out.

Amazing services, Customer service was fantastic!!! Travis was a tremendous help, I highly recommend him and 1000% satisfied customer. Thanks for the help
