Great staff! Friendly and helpful.It is a gas station, so I don't expect low prices or restaurant cuisine.The snacks and drinks are there if you need something on the road and the store is clean and bright.Gas pumps are maintained and I feel comfortable getting fuel and shopping here.

Some of the worst service one could ever encounter. They close the doors at night then employ people who can't understand how to take someone's order for a simple snack item. Also completely unaware of inventory. Government refuses to fix homeless problem so Shell feels the need to close their doors and attempt a failed order through a ridiculous security box! Makes no sense at all. Avoid this place if you want to spare yourself a migraine!

They basically refuse to sell you anything from inside the convenience store after 11:00The employee simple couldn’t be bothered to serve me, just don’t bother coming here

Very bad experience. Stopped at the pump with my 10 year old. She needed wasroom. The person on counter was busy on phone and when I requested he got annoyed and told me no washrooms when I asked him how come he said they are out of order for you and laughed. Told me to find a bush. So sad. Very bad service

This store consistently has bad customer service. Their employees sigh in disgust when you have to purchase anything through the window at night. Not to mention I tried to buy something with a 50 dollar bill and the employee told me that she couldn't sell me the things I bought because she didn't have enough cash in the register at 8am LOL what a joke.

Bad experience here twice.Paid for an air pressure, but the machine is broken, I mentioned it to staff inside the store, he said its nothing he can do, nor refund and he just walked away.It's not about money but put the sign up if it's broken so people is not wasting their money and time.

Will treat you as homeless if you bike late night. Cashier let a driver in but told me to hand him cash through a sketchy window, where I can't see my money being counted. Also refused my debit. Worst convenience store in vic.

Clean place, but most items inside are over 3 bucks to start. And thing they call mocha cappuccino is a hot dirty water. I am sorry, but the profit is the only thing you are looking for, people will stop buying.

I come from a simpler time, when we spent more time outside, the twin towers stood, and gouging for air at the service station wasn’t a thing. Ditch the tire air cash grab and I’d up the stars, until then I’ll pay to drive to coop for free air out of principle.

I had bad experiences with being charged for items I never boughtThey seem to pretend that they don't make mistakesOn one occasion I was told that I hadn't paid for the fuel that I had filled my car with that was may 2021And I've never owned a vehicle in my lifeI don't drive even.
