My LG washing machine stopped draining. Called these guys due to the good reviews. Super friendly and efficient on the phone. Helped me troubleshoot to see whether it was best to have them come out or if I didn't need a repair guy to come. I did need them to come and so they booked me in the next day. Tech came. Again super efficient, polite and friendly. Talked me through what was up after diagnosing what was going on (drain motor was kaput). Did the job there and then. Made sure everything was running properly, and all in all an excellent experience. Will definitely use these guys going forward

Thank you for fixing our dryer. It was down for 3 days or so! Quick to reply and easy to work with. Very professional! Been looking for a repair guy. And google helped me find one! Will be contacting for my dishwasher!

They responded almost immediately to our request for a repair person. This was the only company that responded with a service rate to diagnose the appliance. Apparently the dishwasher was clogged because there was a lot of food and glass in the garbage disposal drain. Prince managed to clean out all of the gunk, debris and glass in minutes. He made sure that the dishwasher was fully functional but prior to leaving and he told us that the brand of appliance was a good one. He saves us money because we thought we would need to replace our entire dishwasher.

Brian came to my house within an hour of my call. He was professional and quickly diagnosed the issue with my Samsung refrigerator. After explaining that it was experiencing a common problem, he repaired the fridge and added a few additional components to prevent the problem in the future. The fridge is now working. I recommend this appliance repair business.

We had a great experience with WH Appliances Services. I called on a Friday evening about our washer that was running only hot water and Brian was able to get right out to see us on Monday morning. I felt like he took his time and really diagnosed the issue. After moving our stacked washer/dryer and working in the tight space they're in (no small feat!) he was able to get the problem fixed and walked me through what the issues were. I appreciated his insight on the pros and cons of our washer/dryer as well. Overall we are extremely happy with the service! Brian is also very friendly and personable and I enjoyed chatting with him while he worked. I'll happily recommend Brian and this company to everyone!

What a great customer service! We had a noise problem with our fridge and had a wonderful and very knowledgeable technician who figured out the problem in a few seconds. THANK YOU PETER! Peter went above and beyond his responsibilities to make sure the fridge works well. The problem was solved and the fridge is working properly. I'm very happy and thankful for the great service.

WH Appliance was amazing. They called 15 minutes before coming. I didn't have the parts, nor did the tech(abnormal stuff here), he went and got them and was able to hook up the stove up. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and diligent. Thank you Bill and thank you WH Appliance Service. I now have a new appliance Man.

Bill did an excellent job for a reasonable price. He arrived on time and worked promptly. My dishwasher would not drain properly and he fixed it in no time without trying to pressure me to buy or pay more for something that was unnecessary.

Prompt and professional, no pressure assessment of the health of our Refrigerator. It ultimately led to us deciding to get a new unit, but it was money well spent to understand what was going on. Clear and easy communication, and I'll definitely be calling again when something else needs attention.
