I found Luxe Du Jour recently while trying to find someone to restore my vintage Louis Vuitton Alma. Was so happy to find someone local and could not be happier with the results. The customer service was excellent, Julie did a phenomenal job on my bag. Looks almost new again. She went above and beyond the quote on the services she provided. I would highly recommend!!!!

Fantastic service and easy process! I recently purchased for my first time with Luxe Du Jour and the process was great, I was able to talk with a SA to ask more questions and to receive more pictures of the bag I was planning to purchase, and able to pick up my new bag the next day. They have fabulous selection of both vintage and new released bags and are super great to deal with.

Luxedujour is the top luxury bag consignment store in Canada in my opinion. Their bag selection is superb - from classic Hermes and Chanel to amazing vintage pieces like the Diana bag. Consignment rates at below 20% are the best in Canada, and their products are excellently priced offer exceptional value for money.I have consigned many items with both buyout option and regular consignment at the store. Everything sold pretty fast, and payout via EMT was very quick.I also purchased Diana bags, a classic Chanel bag and sunglasses and for sure am a loyal customer now. Megan is fantastic - very quick to respond and all the questions I had were answered right away. I received all the information I needed to make my purchase decision with certainty.I am also a regular customer at Luxe bag spa. Julie is an absolute pro with a magic touch who treats customers and her job with care and attention to every detail. She performed a flawless job with my vintage Chanel bag that needed complete exterior re-painting job, stitching, cleaning. For my older 2.55 Chanel, Julie did gold plating of the chain and now it’s back to looking new and shiny. I have had other services done by Julie with my Diana bags like cleaning, touch up of the corners and odour removal. I can’t say enough about both Luxe bag spa and Luxe du jour as they complement each other perfectly and make the experience of buying and selling very easy; it has become for me a one-stop-shop now. I'm frankly addicted to checking their selection daily as it’s eye candy for any bag connoisseur!

Purchased my first YSL bag from Luxe Du Jour. Within MINUTES of my purchase, they had followed up with me to confirm that I wanted to add the re-gold plating service as I added it in the notes. The re-gold plating service was completed ASAP and it was shipped out the following morning.I received my bag very quickly and it was packed carefully. I wish I found Luxe Du Jour earlier because I wouldn't have had to pay full price for any of my luxury bags! They only have items that are rated 8/10 or better. It is also guaranteed authentic! They have their own spa to fix or repair bags for a fee. They're pricing is so reasonable and shipping only took two days! Their professional photos on their website is so helpful in getting a visual on what you'd expect. They are always so responsive and will even send videos of the bag if needed. I highly recommend LDJ for your luxury needs!

I have nothing but the best things to say about Luxe Du Jour! I have consigned items with them and purchased many items as well. Consignment was super easy and the payout is super quick too. They have a huge audience/clientele, so it’s definitely the best place to get the most exposure for the items you are selling. As for purchase, I love the fact that they are very detailed in describing the condition on the items, as well as showing pictures of any imperfections. They are great with sending more photos too when you need them. I have also had a great experience with Luxe Bag Spa. I had purchased a bag that I loved, but it had some wear on the front. They did an amazing job touching it up and when it arrived I couldn’t even tell where the touch ups were done. It was excellent work! I highly recommend selling and purchasing through Luxe Du Jour, as well as using Luxe Bag Spa for your bag restoration needs!
